1. You may use our acapellas and samples only for NON COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.
2. All our Songs are registrated with SENA and BUMA/STEMRA (Dutch collecting society for composers and music publishers in the netherlands).
3. All our music and acapella's are registrated with YouTube/Soundcloud Content ID System. You Wanna upload your remix online? THEN YOU WILL AGREE THAT WE HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO MONETIZE/RELEASE YOUR REMIX.
4. Give us full credits:
* CORRECT format is: SYNC DIVERSITY - SONG NAME (YOUR REMIX NAME).
* INCORRECT format: names like 'your name feat. Sync Diversity' is not allowed.
5. Producing Mashups or mixtapes with our vocals is not allowed.
6. using our vocals as format for selling beats or instrumentals is not allowed
We retain all the copyrights on remixes made with our vocals. You agree we can download and upload your remix anytime. Uploads wich havent followed our instructions will be terminated without notice.

Legally i can do everything what i want. as i have pointed out clearly an agreement as soon you are using our acapella's. We are also a registrated trademark and label. all our music and vocals are official registrated. If you dont wanna follow our rules then just dont use our acapella's. As looperman has stated in the TOS "All media uploaded to the acapellas section remains copyright to the original creator of the files and so are NOT royalty free. The user who uploaded the acapella retain all rights` So every acapella uploader can make their own rules! if you are not agree with the statement from the uploader then dont use their acapella´s!

ive just listened. nice beat. to be honest i find it very monetome. from the beginning till the end it sounds the same like a loop. you might wanna invest some time in vocal placement and arrangement.

Looperman has never stated that this website is fully royalty free. I guess you never read the rules in the acapella section. Every acapella is copyrighted. as looperman stated every acapella uploader can make his own rules! https://www.looperman.com/help/faq/acapellas
