My name is Soufiane, I'm a rapper and music creator from Morocco. I’m passionate about storytelling through sound, blending emotion, culture, and rhythm into my work. Music is not just a hobby for me—it’s a lifestyle and my favorite way to express what words alone can’t
I dabble a bit with the keyboard, mostly for composition and melody work. I’m self-taught, and while I don’t play professionally, it helps a lot with production.
Right now, I mainly use FL Studio for beat production and mixing, and Adobe Audition for vocal editing and mastering. I’ve also started exploring Ableton Live for live performance setups and creative sampling.
My setup includes a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface, an AKG C214 condenser mic for vocals, and a MIDI keyboard from Novation for creating melodies and chord progressions. I also use KRK Rokit monitors to make sure my mixes translate well.
Lately, I’ve been listening to Dave, Stormzy, and The Weeknd, but also digging into underground Moroccan rap—there’s so much raw talent here. If you’re looking for something new, check out ElGrandeToto or Tagne.
That's a hard one, but here are a few that stay on repeat:
Good Kid, M.A.A.D City – Kendrick Lamar
The Eminem Show – Eminem
After Hours – The Weeknd
Illmatic – Nas
Astroworld – Travis Scott
I’m influenced by a wide range of artists—from legends like Tupac, Nas, and Eminem to more modern voices like Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, and Travis Scott. I also draw inspiration from North African and Arabic musical traditions, blending local flavor into my sound.
My music blends modern hip-hop with dark emotional tones and Moroccan cultural elements. Some say it sounds like a cross between Travis Scott’s atmospheric vibe and J. Cole’s introspective lyricism, with my own twist in Arabic and Darija.
When I’m not making music, I spend time creating content for YouTube, exploring storytelling through horror and fantasy genres. I’m also deeply into writing and digital design, always trying to learn something new that feeds back into my art.
