Steinberg Cubase LE, Toontrack EZ drummer.
More to follow, I am ready to switch to computer based DAW hopefully soon.
Boss 1600CD (a bit of a dinosaur, I know).
Ibanez, Fender, Gibson guitars.
Peavey amps.
Boss effects.
GHS strings.
Jim Dunlop Big Stubby picks.
AKG and Shure mics.
Nag Champa incense and a whole lot of witchy candles and funky lamps.
I dig chick singers. Into Kelly Clarkson, Lacey Mosely of Flyleaf, Amy Lee of Evanescence, Norah Jones has good, timeless, old school tone. Lady Gaga is interesting, cool. Been jammin some dance music as well. ALSO: Live, such a good band of excellent musicians, Ed is a vocal badass. Maroon 5 and Red Hot Chili Peppers cool. And, Avenged Sevenfold is f**king KILLER.
Tough question...in no particular order:
Ozzy Osbourne: Randy Rhoads Tribute.
Rainbow: Blackmore's Rainbow.
Dio: Holy Diver.
Rainbow: Rising.
Black Sabbath: Master of Reality (the real "Sabbathy" sounding one).
Iron Maiden: Live After Death.
Deep Purple: Machine Head.
Metallica: Master Of Puppets.
Live: Mental Jewelry.
Motley Crue: Shout At The Devil.
Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Disturbed, Godsmack, lots of current music, too much to list. Blues, old school motown, disco, dance, classical, renaissance, opera, I dig it all...mostly.
Sabbath meets Maiden...with a little Ritchie Blackmore attitude on the side.
Wish I was making music all the time.
