I've been playing guitar since I was 13 and am primarily self-taught. I spent about year learning classical guitar more recently, but I rarely use any of the methods I picked up. I dig most music including metal, rock, some pop, a little rap and anything I can hum along to.

Guitars - my preferred guitar is an Epiphone Nighthawk. All the effects are post production in Garageband.

I've been listening to quite a bit of death metal including Cannibal Corpse, Whitechapel, and Dillinger Escape Plan. But, I change my music playlist often, so those three bands will rotate out of my list soon, but be back soon after.

Pantera's "Far Beyond Driven" and Gwar's "Battle Maximus"

My biggest influences include Gwar, Pantera, Metallica, Devildriver, John5 and a ton of other metal bands.
