Lets keep it objective and adult. Solidarity shouldn't blind us to basic facts in a community built around real production craft like Looperman.

Comparing a prompt-generated track from Suno or Udio to an audio engineer using an AI-assisted compressor or a traditional live orchestra is a massive stretch. There is a galaxy of difference between using a plugin to enhance a human performance and rendering an entire songvocals, lyrics, and instrumentsfrom a text generator, and then passing it off as a live recording with fake crowd noise.

Claiming that certain 'live vocal qualities' or 'live performances' are proof of reality when those alleged projects and their collaborators have absolutely zero digital footprint, zero industry records, and zero human existence outside of an AI algorithm just proves the point.

Furthermore, referencing external numbers doesn't change reality. Anyone knows how the digital market works: having hundreds of thousands of views on a video but only 4 or 5 commentsall coming exclusively from the exact same closed circle of profilesis the textbook definition of artificial traffic and bot-inflated metrics. Real audiences leave real engagement. If these tracks were from actual gigs in front of thousands, there would be dates, venues, and at least one anonymous person posting a short video, a picture, or a tweet about the show. Instead, there is absolute digital silence from the real world.

Defending AI-generated content by creating a fake narrative is an insult to the thousands of real producers here who actually spend hours building a track from scratch. Politeness is great, but honesty towards the craft is what keeps this community alive.

Oh, one more thing: if you're wondering how they're going to detect if your song was made by AI, there are already other AIs designed for that job. Plus, all AIs leave an audio watermark that's inaudible to the human earit's basically like their passport.

If you love music and want to learn how to make it, I highly recommend you don't use AI to create music, loops, sounds, or even covers of your own beats. Anything that comes out of an AI prompt belongs to the company that created that AIyou don't own the copyright, so you could get into legal trouble. Plus, platforms like Spotify are already starting to detect AI in songs and ban accounts.

Placing a clipper before the limiter can add a nice bit of crunch, but be careful not to squash your transients and lose that punch. The right amount of saturation really depends on the genre.

Also, itd be nice if you specified exactly where you used AI in the processdefinitely not in the master, that's for sure.
