I often use specific filters in my music to make it sound older than it really is.. you know when you put on an old LP. All those crackles and pops from the vinyl amkes it sound more comfy in my point of view.
Muffled piano is my alltime favorite tho.. Its like listening to music on a really old radiobroadcast..

Thought you might like this one. Kids are not so keen on the trance but eldest daughter always asks if I have written anything new she can listen to. She has a go herself too but doesn't always have the patience to see it through (she's 11).
