Just wanted to let you know that I hear a completely different story being told here after the chat we've just had. I felt this piece throughout my body and the overwhelming emotion brought tears to my eyes. Such an unbelievably powerful piece...
thanx alot Bonnie for your beautifull perception . Bonnie living in a VacUUmeD is such a bitter sensation which can't be expressed by the words , and I think this old saying is right about music that music begins where the words are stopped and doesn't wotk to describe something .I appreciate your time & also your sense because of this comment which makes me feel this track has been underestood by another one of my looperman friends too .respects & my best wishes for U,our planet & the liberty.___Behnam.
Dear Bunnie , glad to see U here again after a while ,Bunnie I underestand what U had written in forum about usage of your acapella from some users in looperman and writing ''feat Bunnie Rabson'' & I underestand U're right but I'm not glad to see U don't come here because of them. I've listened all that 5 track from U several time Bunnie don't U want to add a new one?!and about my trial thanx thanx & thanx & the same appreciations which we all know here .glad to see U here my tallented colleague ,take care.respects.____Behnam.
I enjoyed every element of this track!
Closing my eyes, I reminisce and as the shrill strings enter, it sends memories in rewind or fast forward. This stands wonderfully as an instrumental. If vocal elements were added I envision them following the same feel of being manipulated, reversed sections, drawn out etc.
Thank you for sharing!
Peace
dear Bunnie ,your considered analysis shows your worthwhile perception about music(I mean about essence of music totaly) ,& I appreciate word by word of your beauty perception about this musical trial of mine.also about vocal, which is my main reason for collab about it,I just can say I wish you or some one like you between looperman colleagues has an Idea about vocal& lyrics for it,cause I'm sure that I will never can sing as professional as you.really appreciated your time to listen to this trial of mine & also thanx again for your loudable comment.best wishes,& regards.__Behnam.
I'm a sucker for xylophones! I really enjoyed the contrast of the happy tones to angst tones. So many elements in this!
Question: why did you stop it abruptly? Why not slow down those strings to one final long note to conclude the piece? As a listener I became so drawn into this world you had created, only to be pushed out like the story is incomplete.
I could definitely picture your cinematic in film. Well done!
Cheers
Thanks =D and lol i didn't noticed until you pointed it on how i ended it. I will work on a way to end it better and re post it for you to hear later on today thanks for listing and picking out my flaw =). Funny thing about the one final long string that's how i usually end it don't know how i missed it this time lol
Nice flow!! And great tone Janis!! I noticed a few times sudden bursts of sounds that seems obnoxiously loud compared to the rest of the track. They fit perfectly but the volume control made it stick out for the wrong reasons (in my opinion). Other than that, solid work!
Cheers!
lol I'm in the mixing room turning stuff down right now. I left off some limiters by accident when I rendered it. Thank you.AND I GOT MY NEW SPEAKERS so next time I should be there. =) thanks fam
Cinematic indeed!! I like how you set the scene in your description. It reminds me of the great battles of Middle Earth (which is extra brownie points in my books) Thank you for bringing a little epic into my evening!
Thank you if u like those then i recommend you check the others also i got more coming on its way but will take time to finish =D and im glad you enjoyed it =).
One of my favourite songs! And you give such a great feeling to it! I see your name across the forum boards with collaborations and they are excellent! Off to listen to some more!
Cheers!
Solid!!! Got me groovin good!! May be just my computer speakers, but I felt it needed more bass backing it up. Didn't stop me from downloading though! Cheers!
Thanks for the comment and the download. Bass level is always a little gamble, ears get less responsive on it as long as you work on the mix. I'll get back to it next week with fresh ears to correct it, if I'll feel the same. THanks again (and you have a nice voice, btw, I heard it on your profile:) )
