on A Bad Day by MeganONeill
Hello...

This is state of the art expressionism, fantastic melody here. I like the chorus effects you added to your vocals not sure what you used [peddle or plugin] but it's fantastic.. Keep your head up it's called trial and error. Error in life is inevitable without error or the pain that results from error we can't grow or learn. You get stronger as your journey progresses stay strong young lady. Keep up the good work.. Cheers

Thank you so very much! For the vocals I used a usb microphone, and for the guitar, I played the piano on my MIDI keyboard under the preset of a guitar. (preset plugin on garageband). Thanks for the motivating words. Cheers

Nice hip hop track bro.. I don't really get all that
stimulated making beats but I sure do have a huge respect for artists that do. Good work bro..

GRIMLOOPS replied 22nd Jul 2012 - 13 years ago
with all those epic loops you make man i'm sure you could stir one hell of a beat! But i agree, it's pretty hard to excite... unless it's something that's just in your blood. Thanks for the listen SS, always a pleasure having a respectable member of the community comment!

Thank you again Brian. I was most pleased with the way this one turned out. I had chopped up snippets laying all over the place and was trying to figure out how to get them to come together and whala..I started cutting up and stitching together one of the piano loops and bam..the rest fell in behind it. hehe..

on Delicious Green Tea by StereoMathematics
My fridge right now is stocked with a SHIT LOAD of the summer addition gold peak lemon aid ice tea I love this tea. So yeah I know where you are coming from. gold peak, water and the shock top lemon summer addition are about all I drink. However, I have been really trying to reduce the booze consumption it's kind of gotten out of hand lately. Hi Bro! :)

I really dig this track, I like the reverse elements you incorporated here, the wobble breaks. So yeah we kind of have a threshold of dream house and dubstep. Excellent work bro! Cheers! :)

Hi brillbilly :)

Next time? Please brief and warn me to invest in some Depends and apply them prior to listening at your cinematic productions because I just shit my briefs. May I debrief you on how you made this? Awesome! Absolutely beautiful and very spiritual..

In the future if this happens again I will file suit against you on grounds of a conspiracy brief to soil my britches via malicious intentions! However, I will only sue you for reimbursement of the cost of my underwear...

Hi :)

I haven't danced in YEARS, however, I can remember back in my 20s and going to many underground clubs and I did dance at one time. SO I still have an appreciation for "Dance" music. Good work here I enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing...

Greetings :)

I removed those "Yo's" from my uploads I had forgotten I put those in the titles because I had a little too much to drink that day... So yeah I removed them and decided to keep things professional. Here, we have another awesome arrangement congratulations Mr.P.. I really enjoy your shares you have fabulous taste in Looperman files.. Fantastic!

Again Brian, I don't know how to type a blush. Thanks. I had a bugger of a time getting the piano pieces to do what they were supposed to do. The loop I used from you was sorta cut up a bit so I could get the right thump. Thanks to this loop it thumped up good. LOL.
Again it is not my work just the composure. The guys and gals of Looperman are awsome.

on Rogue Aspects by CyberSon
Very good Bro very clever work here. This is fabulous.. You found that spokenword sample too? I can't remember for the life of me where I found that but yeah we're ALL LOOP JUNKIES on here so I figured someone would catch it...

I have used so many loops around the net that I forget sometimes where I got them and sometimes I think I may have made some of them myself but I try to remember who the artists are so I can give them credit...

Not that anyone cares but I think it's Bad Manners to incorporate loops in compositions and attempt to take credit for them.. I may even be guilty of inadvertent file transfers but I AM sure they are public domain..

So WHO CARES RIGHT? XD

I also spent some time in your discography this week and wow bro Good Work! Keep it Up!

Cheers!

Hey my friend, many thanks for checking this track out and leaving a review.

No mystery with the voice sample, it's from a Sony sample pack that I purchased some months ago. As a Sony Acid Pro user, you get some great offers and so, why not?

Good Day fractimart! :D

Impressive! Very Impressive... Sounds like you built this piece around Cymbal taps and Frame Drum, you incorporated some flange effects, all the Fx additives you incorporated in synchronization with the tempo is brilliant...

You have created another masterpiece my friend you have my absolute blessings on this track.. Cool outro! Brilliant...

*in addition*
Thank you for the compliments... I have my critique on String Theory and M-theory, However, the equations are very accurate in explaining it's validity and it's the closest theory to validate Einstein's dream of A Theory of Everything uniting all the forces of the universe..

Back in the day many scientists scoffed at Einstein's theories just as they do at Ed Witten today and was Einstein correct? Yeah!! :)

Keep the tracks coming I love your work!
Cheers!

Hi Sakura :D

No long speech this time I don't want to make you uncomfortable by projecting an overzealous environment it may lead to a turn off or feelings of social awkwardness XD

However, your good manners have really been receptive and appreciative of my overzealousness which is nice in our very cynical times... :)

Good Work here keep them coming I am enjoying watching you build up your discography... Oh wait I think I just gave another speech XD

Hi Brian! ^^

Its okay, there are no odd feelings, no matter how much of an overzealous [which you've never made rofl] environment you create. However yes! My good manners have driven others to be highly protective over me, as well as offer help for me whenever I need it. I truly do appreciate the kindness you [and many others] have given me. Its helped me along the way, and I'd like to make a thank you. :) Please check back tomorrow, a special one will be up and running.

I enjoy finding intellectuals, wherever they may be. You clearly are one. Just the titles of your tracks... Just the titles... They tell so much. You are clearly a gentleman and a scholar. What else can I say? If you want to wrestle with string theory and the nature of the universe, that would be great. I have a lot of theories. Thought experiments, so to speak. It's nice to find others that can create the type of music that I can enjoy on an artistic level. It really is. Your tracks are COOL! Makes me feel like I stand with an army of other people out there doing the same thing, and it's comforting, to say the least. :-)

I really don't want to come off as sinister but I must say Dubstep tracks are a dime a dozen on here and some of them really lack originality.

However, this track here is an exception I really like what you did here with the atmosphere it's very Dark House oriented. I really like the environment that you created with the beat foundation. Kudos! :D

Thank you very kindly for the response. Ah, string theory. I see you're a John Zorn fan. I purchased The Big Gundown on LP back in '85 (am I dating myself?). Zorn doing Morricone? How could I resist? That was back in the day with some other folks like Steve Fisk and Laurie Anderson making "weird" tangible and appreciable. I kind of want to approach that avenue of weird and upload some stuff on Looperman. This initial track was just a quick beginning. My future efforts will have to be more evolved and involved. Wish me luck! After all, I'm going for a Cage/Stockhausen/Fisk/Zorn/Anderson/Burroughs effect a la Revolution #9. Good heavens! I'm certainly ambitious!

Greetings again Mr. P! :D

[picking up from your last reply]

So yeah you may not play any instruments but so what... What's important is you are making use of the awesome files that are here and creating your own composition FOR FREE and then you have the dignity and RESPECT to turn around and share that experience with this community... And have a great time doing it... Does life get any more Beautiful than that?

Yeah I may amplify the fact that I play real instruments but that's just my subjective superiority that really has no value to this community XD

Who Cares?!?!?

Congrats Simon!

Thanks, that's the funny thing. I've been looking through yours and many other people tracks thinking "how did they produce that?" and "wish I was that good!", only to be told that my experimental work is getting there.

I must say that the support I've been getting is really helping get back into the groove of things.

New track on it's way... (Speed)
