this is very cool...super base for someone to sing on it...if I can recommend someone, there is a guy called BONEZONMARS here...he's got much work in the meantime, but perhaps...he is a good man with special toned voice...

This is very, very cool musically...kinda disco/pop ala 80's...great instrus and masterfully done for the vocs...mix could be a bit louder in this fom but will see what's gonna happening if someone jump on it...

What a brilliance is this...an interesting, unique combo between the music and the vocs...kinda groovy, riff otientated music with that "Norvegian death metalist" singer...:-)

Thanks buddy. I did a couple of small changes on the song but most people probably wouldn't notice them. Other than that, I tried to get it as close as possible to the original. Definitely one of my fave new wave bands of the era and they were always fun.

if you listen with your equalizer on in your sound card, yes then the music can come across as loud and hard.

yeah, it's good but it's way far from chill out...on my humble opinion, it's a tensioned 1.20 with too many dark mood so when I want to chill it's not a music I would choose...kinda tripy, trapy stg is it...:-)

but it's cool and it has a chance to be a whole track not just a snippet...:-)

I'm not too good in advices cause music is absolutely subjective...

but in this case, I'm tryin...:-)

if I were you I would surely changed that 'type-writer' kinda hi-hat sound...it's a bit irritative for more than 2 mins...also that pad...it's a cool idea but not for that long...try to get another part, and more instruments...I know that lo-fi isn't a progressive genre but more is needed...:-)

look after in this site, the leader track in the lo-fi can give you tips...that's an outstanding song from elijahbcrouch...

this is a cool intro for a lo-fi chill out song...donno, you could move into many ways, genres...with some kinda weird guitars it could be a lo-fi song...with some pads and melodies it become a chill out one...but all in all, you should find another part for the song...

I didn't find any bass samples that I found fitting and I hadn't figured out how to add a bass through the programme. In my newer song i added a bass through the program. Heres the link btw: https://soundcloud.com/j0ghurtlofi/memories

to tell you the truth it's absolute cool for the first...too short but lo-fi isn't a genre of the overthinked opuses...:-)

but back to here...fantastic harmonies, guitar, pinao and drum play but I make a mistake if I think there is no bass in the song, or if it is, for my taste is a bit few...

but it's only a sideline comment...

Thanks alot my friend... I truly appreciate your positive feedback ! Well, unfortunately Ed wasn't involved in this one and also I would hardly talk about influences, but I'm sure the song would have been much better if he was involved. Can't tell you much about his situation, but he's going through some unexpected commitments in his recent life, so the music is a bit sidelined at the moment but I think he's on a gradual comeback...In fact we even have a new collab which will be uploaded here on Loopey in the near future..:) And now about the bass...there are indeed some sections without it and in some is more underneath. Perhaps you can hear it a bit more in following sections : 3:43- 4:38 / 6:29-7:09 / 7:24-8:35 /.....
