Greetings Danke, muchos gracias for your amazing comment. I was genuinely 50/50 on whether this one was good, bad or indifferent. I hoped it was good obviously, but it is so good to get some affirmation from yourself who I have great respect for as a musician and human being. There were two main inspirations. One was your use of alternate tunings (this is in double drop D) - in all the years I've been playing guitar I'd never tried this. The other inspiration for the guitar at least, was Nick Caves track Higgs Boson Blues. I loved the minimal but evolving guitar that underpins that track.

It's a test with a new modeler/profiler open source that's quite interesting.
It's completely free and has a strong community growing.
"Neural Amp Modeler" is the name.
I recorded with guitar stright into my audio interface using Logic and this modeler as Logic plugin, with an IR for the cabinet and Reverb and Delay from Logic.

Yes the drums. I put so much effort into everything else that I took a shortcut on the drums. Damn you Toontrack EZ drummer. LoL. But thanks a lot. I won't fix this, but I will learn from it. I am still learning about these drum packages. Thanks.
