on Mora Me by HunterFoxzAC
This is really calm...that bass guitarish line is excellent and the groovy too...Personally, I could imagine a slight, soft sax play on the 'chorus' parts...for example from 0.42 and later...

Thanks Danke for your nice comments..Never really thought about soft sax playing on the chorus parts but that could work
really well in this track...Thanks

Well, it depends...I mean this is not a metal site...from that point of view that 1559 metal tracks are not bad...

Yours is good enough...is it metalcore?...bit 'cliche' but sounds good and the vocalist is a top guy...I like your guitar tune...

Congrats and handshake, Danke

Sharp guitars, great harmonies, cool drums...what else do we need for a professional trash track? Nothing more (o.k. maybe some vocs)...Here we are...

Hey. Thanks for the comment. As for the singing, it's worse. Here with us, I could not find any good and reliable. :-))

on Letting Go by Ckilc1
If I suppose well those guitars are loops...if it's right, you are limited to work with them...the idea of the song is cool but I think there would be a chance to sing on the loops...or use another structure...the 2nd (from 1.06) could be the main part of the song with some added plusses...it's a bit 'throwing those loops together' feeling...

Handshake, Danke

Thanks, I felt like at 1:06 which you mentioned was rushed a bit and if I did get a chance to sing, I wouldn't be able since my voice is horrible, but on the chorus which was 1:06, I'm thinking of adding a bit more to give it a energetic feel

But I appreciate your feedback!!

on Love You Down and Party by ScottB55
First 30 seconds, I thought this is so Led Zepp tribute...awesome chords there...than the unique progressivity of your own...marvellous instrumentations and vocalisations over there...like the rhythm guitar balancing from right to left than fro...
Vocs are brilliant as said before...

Huge track again Scott, handshake, Danke

Nice, clean production I think. This is a cool number, you chose a winner...:-)
Though I feel the drum is a bit too harsh...(just my taste maybe)

AxonRise replied 28th Sep 2015 - 10 years ago
Thanks man! Looking back, I think the snare doesn't quite fit but I had a lot of trouble with the production of this cover. However I do tend to emphasize my drums a bit because it's a pet peeve of mine when they're barely audible in a mix.

Thank you again!

on So Cold by cellardoor
I meant for example the synth pad from 0.45 is a bit much...listen it when it stops (1.05) the drum comes in front again...from 2.33 same problem with another drum...pad is too harsh, don't really hear the bass or bass synth...

that's all...small things...

on So Cold by cellardoor
Hi!

I welcome you here, first of all...great site...

This song is more than electro for me...there is a massive rock attitude in here...the lead instrument is like a guitar (if it is, the tone is not the best on my humble opinion...) The structure of the number is very cool, though...some mixing problems are there too but don't want me to talk about cause I'm not pro on that...just hear that stg is loud, stg is weak sometimes...I think you used 2 drum tones...the first one is hyper cool from start to 2.25...

Anyways, congrats and keep up the good work!!!

Handshake, Danke

cellardoor replied 26th Sep 2015 - 10 years ago
Thank you! I'm just now adding beats to a new song and one of your loops is the beat in the intro. =) Thanks for the welcome; I feel like I'm in Disneyland. I love that you describe this as having "massive rock attitude"--that makes my heart sing. Hey, what do you mean when you say "stg"? I don't know that term.

Handshake right back at you!

on Djctx - My Patters Shite by kennydjctxmckenzie
agreed with mudhoen...this is a very cool, creative (on my humble opinion) weird track...the drum is too harsh for chill out and all of the musical turns are fitting into another genre...but I was just saying...overall it's brilliant...

Thx Danke!!! i actually use a fair bit of your sample work in almost every piece i do! i love your fx work and some of your synth work (the sound and construct you have used) so i like to resample the samples and have loads of fun with your samples along with third parties and natives within FL, thx for checking it out and im pretty damn sure this has actually got sample work of yours in it ;) will give it a quick check and let you know, im sure its this of the out the box dnb madness i got up on here that has some of your synth work chopped and re designed in sound slighty to change it up of course as i try not to use samples i use as original so i try to keep the influence but under take an overhaul on them so to speak..

PS ive no idea what genre i would mean land this in lol, its a basic idea of using breaks with house elements and experimental sound design so looperman dont really have a genre for that so picked chill out because of the chilled vibe on the trumpet but i think ill change it up and just go electronic as i have a feeling everyone who comments is going to say the same thing about that haha, thx again for checking out the track Danke!!!
