Your best track to date ...nice work by all involved , I can tell much time and effort was put in ...the mixing balance is good ..beat is incredible , lyrics n flows on point ... everything fits perfectly on this one man ..mad props (whats funny is that in that collab im workin on I reference assassins creed )
The first thought I had was damn , he loves that radio tune sample ...hehe , The beat is fantastic ...lyrics as always intelligent and insightful ...The chill tone of the vocals is cool...sounds like your defining your delivery style which is cool to hear the transition from freestyle to written flows ...Honest as always I would prob have someone help you with mixing and mastering , maybe the dude who makes beats or another producer ...cuzz this song is to good not to be heard ...Too many good producers n here not to be able to get some knowledge or help from...
9 ether sample is tight , I would lose the radio tune sample and go right into beat ... 2nd verse needs more volume , maybe try layering the vocals...Lyrics are tight , flow is cool and laid back , prob my favorite style of yours...I like the horns in the beat...Hook is cool , a bit lengthy but still works ...Overall a cool track , respect ...I would recommend experimenting with your delivery
Beat is sick , Lyrics from all MCs potent and thoughtful...Flows unique and on point ...Prob the best flow I've heard from DT , syncopated ...Im bumpin this joint!Nice work much respect to all artists involved ...
Now the salt ..lol naw the only thing I would recommend is make that radio tuning in bout half the length it is and lower the volume for that same sample bout half as well ..
this is a burner though
I can tell you put some real effort and time into this thumper ... I make Hip Hop but am slowly becoming a fan of dub step - I like complexity of rythems and bass wobs here
I like the originality . The guitar licks and the dub-step like wobble bass is cool as all get out ... I would love to flow on this if you dont have plans for it ...
Thanks alot bro..I dont really have plans for it aye just send me back whatever you do with it man and im more than happy to let you go in and do youre own :)
Nice flows Chase Im likin this, it makes me want to make it better ...I can hear pops in my verses so Im gonna send HT the pellas and or re-spit first. Also HT can Use OG beat wothout the " listen "
sample or at a lower volume so it doesnt jump on your flow like that ...Also I think CM's volume needs to be turned up a tad...Also HT when I send the pella you can chop it up and put CM's verse in the middle if you want ...whatever works for you guys Im liking the collab though , lemme do my part proper for ya'
I almost don't feel qualified to review this track, since I have no clue how to make dub-step (I did download some youtube videos just in case I get the itch to try, lol) All I can say is this bumps and I love the scratch thingy and the pulse thingamaboppers and the DJMIKI sample works well with this mystical kinda vibe going on here...
DJ Becca's talent for melodies and your beat production mesh extra fresh. I'm still a rookie in the production arena so I cant comment on technicalities. The Artists on this site have made me a fan of dub-step and I bump this at high levels !!!
Ive wanted to try and do a hip-hop flow over a dub-step beat for
a bit and mentioned a collab to Becca . Maybe we could all figure something out. Or maybe you could just remix a pre-existing track of mine into dub-step. Altered Beast Remix I believe would be a sick dub-step candidate as it has many cool samples from the early stand up arcade classic. Let me know..e-mail address on profile
Yeah man!!! I sent ya a email a bit ago... I'm glad ya wanting to get down on some dubstep bro. I like your flows and I feel we 3 could make some heavy grimey dubstep beats... Cool track too btw.. love the Altered Beast samps... Thanks again fam!!!
I hear the amount of time and effort in this burner of an instrumental. Piano loop and vocal samples extra buttery . Sweeps and synths fit nicely overall excellent arrangement and vibe.
This beat is laid back and tight. Volume on first verse is really low still . There is a strange feedback sound that permeates over the track. Flow pacing matches well rhythmically.Lyrics on point.
Dee bringing more energy and confidence on this and is sounding nice. There is that same fuzz on his verses too .Remix and remaster this track and it will be a nice track indeed!!!
I love the theme , title fits perfectly ...Surprised you used that sample it works but compared to the subject matter almost seems whimsical(don't take that wrong)I think you can find a more suitable sample that more cohesively meshes with the rest of the song . It seems the volume levels on DT's first verse are low but your second is ok volume wise .
As always your lyrics are thoughtful, metaphorical and uplifting. Your cadence and delivery are getting sharper which comes with experience of coarse. Sounds like your simplifying or should I say editing words to smooth your flow so to speak.
Dee has a cool voice and unique sound. If he brought more confidence he would shine , I think he needs to believe he can spit on the mic as well as he makes those sick beats...that as well comes with experience. Lyrics here are on point as well , I would just say more consistent volume and inflection and that confidence factor will take Dee to the next Level.
Beat has a nice celebration feel to it , nice job of matching Subject and Instrumental...
