Wow... when U asked to describe the track it forced me to listen another way to this track.
This is my description:
A guy walks on the street... he has begun a bad day (for what for reason).
He is nagging about it but the world is rushing in slowmotion around him while he is 'doing' the day and that's hard for him...
At the end of the song he ends in the park... where the world has come to rest at last... final shot... an empty bottle falling from his hand while he is falling into sleep on the bench...
WOW,
What a CLEAR track... but that's because of the vocals...
This really sounds pro man...
I like the way you put the music behind the vocals...
The vocals are really upfront (but well mixed) because that's what it's about in this track!
THX:-)) u are the first one who noticed my music;-))
Thx for that..Yess this voice is so great...and its like a miracle that it matched with my sound...but its here..hope i´ll find another acapella...than there will be another track:-))
I like the track but I think it can be improved with some better EQ'ing. The main bass (wich is a great sound) struggles a little bit with the main kick drum. EQ'ing can seperate them a bit more.
At the end there comes in a sawtooth like synth wich sounds more as a distortion on the bass then a synth on it's own.
Magic word, EQ'ing.
One of my own pitfall's is that I EQ to much out that sometimes sounds loose their charaecteristics but that's also learning curve I guess...
WOW Great track...
I love the melody that comes in at 1:10 and the teardown at 2:20 or somewhere so that the tracks becomes really clean....
But... bring in some scratches... you left so much room in your track for scratches that will make it even more breakbeat then you intended too... (FRESH!)
I love the retro sound in this tune. I like melody(the flute/bell or something).
The lyrics could be more infront but beside that I like it.
I like simple tunes.. because that is what makes them great!
hahaha lol. Thanks! If you like it, drink something on this track in the summer. I guarantee you, you really like it after drinkin some glasses malibu! Haha thanx
Great sound choice behind the rap it makes it so dark... but..
Eminem is getting more agressive in time but your music is not so it sounds that the rap is progressing and the music stays behind...
The rap could have been a bit louder too becuase the sound is getting over the rap...
Use the sound u used behind the rap but make the break after the rap more aggressive.
Thanks for your review. I know, that this one is not perfect... it was only a test to mix rap or better vocals on an dance move.... but have right, the agressive eminem voice with my music is a conflict within... thanks mate once again.
michael
if you have time, please check my track called verena (one before this track) and give me a short review. please.... :-))
Thanks for your opinion. It is very helpfull and i will try to combinate your tips with this song in an remix.
Wish you merry christmas and a happy new year

Remove all automation, EQ, fx etc...
Layout the track like intro-verse-bridge-chorus-bridge-verse-outro or something..
When your layout is fine the rest of the inspiration will come by itself... works for me (mostly by adding new sounds)... (but not on my last track though).
Then bring back the automation and fx etc...
Hope this helps... inspiration block is a pain in the ass...
I like the sounds u used... track has potential...
I Like the intro but suddenly it's gone and a rather boring drum takes place of it... you could have made more here...
I like the synth though but add something to it... the whole tracks sounds it's missing something...
Remix? what should I do?
- Keep the synth
- Do more with the intro
- Add some tempo... maybe 130-140 bpm
- Add some pads
- More groove in the beat
There is some potential in this track but I can't hear it.
Thanks a lot for the input, I couldn't find any good pads that seemed to fit with this song, so I left them out, as for the tempo, I just prefer to work at a slower one, but I'll try remixing it.
WOW, very good track!!!
I like the intro and the filtered drums at 3:33...
Then the break and the build up at 4:00 great sounds!!!
From 4:30 is the best part and then the boom at 5:26 really cool!
Why does Looperman not have a note option in the songs like Soundcloud has?

I like the sounds you used...
I love the part where the vox comes in but I'm waiting for something that is not coming...
When I hear the vox it has a lot of hissing in it... there are some very high freqs that should have been filtered out...
Kick in some bass after the breaks and remove the hiss will make this track really great!
