wow thanks for the time travel, loved those oriental sounds and the vivid images you created thru that nice sounding track. I'm afraid today's war sounds are quite different ...
very well done, the change of atmosphere between the different parts is great and very visual if that means anything :-) wells works well with my imagination. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Paul, lovely EDM track with quite a lot of ideas. Maybe around 0:56 the rythm part change does not connect too well to the intro which has a lot of energy feel. Well just my 2 cents and I am no EDM expert. Full blast energy is back at 1:28 which is great!
I create beats with a faster bpm, it's easier for me to do them, so 160 bpm, but of course 80 bpm is more familiar for perception, but of course there is no fundamental difference. Thanks for your comment)
that's a fun creative track (even with the 'depressed' voice!). I felts a bit of nostalgia while listening to it, 80s/90s syndrome probably! thanks for the sharing.
Thank you so much! I'm really happy you enjoyed it.
The guitar is one of the most beautiful instruments alongside the human voice the pressure, the sustain, the riffs theres just so much expression in it.
Glad you felt the stomp too!
very relaxing track Glenn, nice impro. By increasing a little bit the gain somewhere along your recording chain we could appreciate even more the intonation of your guitar. Anyways the main point is your joy of guitar playing which is obvious when listening. Cheers!
Hello StratOli, I totally agree my brother and appreciate your noticing this imperfection in my recording method on this and several improvs...I definitely need to improve in those areas some, no doubt about it....I thank you and appreciate you.
Well done Anthony, your song brings an impression of open spaces, for some reason I get the picture of open sea in my mind. Maybe a few small islands but mainly water with gentle waves! I have mainly 2 remarks (just my personal opinion): i think the intro is too long and could be reduced by half. Something more personal and sorry if I don't explain it well: I was perplexe with the guitar arpeggiator parts, I'm not sure if it is because it sounded too repetitive or if it is the synthetic sound of it. The vocals are cool and atmospheric, I believe you are well on your way for building your album. Regards, Oli.
Hello there
Thank you for listening and commenting on my song. I have already checked a new version with reduced intro to one half, but I checked on another version with intro of the same length but changed from the original. As for the guitar I am happy there is software that helps me with that instrument. I do play some few chord stuff on the guitar and possibly minor solos on the pentatonic scales but I am not in such a level to support my songs. The software is good, it helps me a lot and of course it is a bit synthetic (it is almost unreal to be able to play the same exact way every chord pattern for so long). This accuracy in playing, possibly brings to mind the "repetitive" you are talking about. I am only happy to have at my will a session guitarist in every case.
Real glad you liked the rest of it Oli.
Best regards, Anthony
Nice EDM work, this one will make anybody move and actually loose his/her phone on the dance floor or elsewhere. I love the contrasts and the rest moments as well.
