Hard ass track. Im sure enough people have told you about the bass so I'll skip it lol. Everything else is really on point. If you want to send me the packs for this song, I'll EQ it for you. Remember you don't want the bass to sound like it is coming through two 12's. That's for the listeners to do when they bump the track in their car. ya dig? Big up.
Thanks man, I only said its nothing special cause I got home from the weekend and started drinkin during some monday night football then got on some beats, Then wasnt so sure if it was just me being drunk and feeling this so I thought I would post to see what people would say. Thanks for the feed and now that I listened to this again wen I woke I really am feelin this one lol Thanks man listening.
Nice, this has the potential to be a fire track. All i think I would do is add stereo and reverb to the piano and the hit. The drum loop is simple but nasty. I like it.
I love this piano loop. Your bassline is out of tune with the piano though. I would throw some really powerful chords over that piano loop. And....bring those drums to life!! This has some serious potential to be a real banger.
OMG!!! Super hard old school stuff right here. Excellent use of all instruments. And the reverb mirrors that of the early 90's. Brings me back to the 36 Chambers by Wu-Tang. This is too damn solid. Great work.
Not sure if thats a pad in the background but I would definitely take it down an octave. You have a lot of highs in there. Also a more active bassline and more creative drums would make this track fire. I like it though.
Hey man, I'm diggin this quite a bit. Would you mind shooting it to me so I can play with it? I wanna throw some pizicato chords over it with some deep drums. SorrowedAnathema@yahoo.com Thanks if you can, thanks if you can't.
Thanks for the review.I wish could export the project files like in FL studio or use colabo like FL. But as far as i know right now LMMS can't do that, yet. LMMS close but not quit FL
down load the mp3 and use it if you can. Thanks
I'm loving the SAX. What kind of speakers are you using? I'm using iKey Studio Monitors and the bass just seems a little too heavy. I think if you turned it down a tad and brought life to that bass pattern it would definitely be super solid. Later.
Im just using some computer speakers, But i usually just use headphones, as far as the bassline Im pretty sure I just filtered it from the sample. Thanks for the feedback man.
The melody is FIRE. I would kill the amount of reverb that is used on the vocals during the verses. It's too wet in my opinion and takes away from the construction of the instrumental. "you know i'm nasty girl" is excellent. I would like to see what it would sound like if u turned down the volume on that and sent it left. All in all sick track man.
