wow, it’s special to hear this kind of musical kinship, a creative and on-point tribute to a versatile cat who could play inside and pretty far out as well — i remember getting my head turned when he showed up in one of anthony braxton’s early ensembles! the guy covered every base! great track and man it really adds to the richness of the scene here on the loop. much respect. peace!

hello Altin! this tune is like watching a great character actor do a scene. there’s a lot of nuance and mystery about this character— something to be revealed. i love the clacky hats, they make me think of barton fink’s typewriter. i’m really digging it, man, much respect!
