Like the track. Especially the hype drums. Cool storyline as well. Was picturing it in my mind while listening. Reminds me of a Max Payne scene or maybe Fight Club.

From your words, I'm guessing that you're mostly a hip hop guy and that you mostly felt the hip hop drums in this one. They are indeed hip hop drums but not loops.

I don't hear this as very dark but no problem if you do. Deep but not dark.

Good ear, elements fit together seamlessly and sound good. Reminds me of movie soundtrack music a producer would use to illustrate the passage of time and development of a character. At the same time I could take this and put some deep bars on it.

Man, good job! Very good beat and lyrics to match. Like the non singing deeper adlibs. Im a sucker for the more sentimental artwork as well and made a song called "whats love" to honor that.
