Wow Emerica! You composed that all yourself, and in only 2 hours? I am new to the music making business, but I would say that is pretty major talent. It takes me 2 weeks to make a song, and even then it is usually with the help of loops.
This is a cool track DeeJayOz. I love the beat box action, I haven't heard that in a long time. You tied it into the music so well. I don't know why, but as I listened to it I just pictured it being in some strange Quentin Tarantino movie or something. Good Job!
I would say you got the genre right. I thought you did a good job of mixing all of the various electronic sounds. I liked it because it sounded smooth, not as repetitive as a lot of electronic music.
Thanks for the feedback it's much appreciated, I made this track just for fun but I'm thinking about tweaking it and using it's layout for an actual song.
Nice Birdy,
There is something so weird and cool about a female reading a children story to the beat of a bizarre industrial sounding rhythm, great idea. Your girlfriend has a nice speaking voice too, I love the accent. Wait, you aren't the ones with accents, you talk the way English is supposed to be spoken, it is just because I am American and I subconsciously think anyone that knows how to talk right has a fancy accent =}
How the heck do you manage to amplify your music so much without causing unwanted distortion?
well the language isnt called english for no reason.. haaha
i find if your careful with the cut levels on the basses, and make sure that you twiddle it on full volume, then at any volume you wont get distortion.
i find it kinda wierd listening to that track though, hearing my girlfriend talking like a fat middle aged man when the vox decends :D
I liked it Zalg. Nice composition. I think what I liked best is that metallic effect with the snare sound. It gave it a kind of industrial feel, which goes well with your description.
Good job Treyc. I don't know much about the difference between techno, electronic and trance. I would assume that trance music is meant to kinda mesmerize a person with a steady beat and mysterious ambient music. I think you did great at providing both elements.
I take back what I said about the bass in your Angels in the Sky song. It was the first track by you I had heard and I can see now that it was the effect you were going for in that song. You obviously have a good sense of volume proportion I would say after hearing this one.
That song scared me a little when the mood changed, in a good way. I think you did a good job of conveying your intended message from the description you gave. Good job.
I like your music Blair for the simple fact that I always get a clear sense of your strong and loving spirit. That is an element that no amount of technology and fancy effects can give a song or a singer. Just keep doing what your doing, in music and in life, because you are obviously on a good path.
Good Job. I thought the drums, piano and guitar sounded great together. The first thing that popped in my head was a song I loved when I was young by Cinderella, 'don't know what you got' I think was the title. Keep up the good work.
lol. Thanks for the review. Making this one kinda reminded me of when I was a kid and every threat to your friends involved something and their face. And yes you never want to get aflucted...let me tell you I worked on that for a long long time, I only had a couple words to use, eventually I got it as close as I could and said fluck-it -good enough. haha. peace man.
I enjoyed it. It was a pleasant journey, especially after the mental image you created in the beginning of your description, though now you might think I am a dork for not thinking it was a cheesy description even after you said it was =)

This could be an inspiring track for someone to write some powerful rap lyrics too.

For some reason there was almost 2 minutes of silence after the song ended, just letting you know.
