this track definately has potential. if you are working with acid i cant really help you but you need alot of quantizing on this beeat. its missing some leads and like brokerscuthe said a piano in the background would give it some more texture. Do you play the piano/ because if you do you should do and the rest of the songs that i herd where you not samples then you should know how to harmonize sounds. forget the samples when it comes to beats use your gut instint if it doesnt sound right then chances are that it needs to be fix. dont give it you have alot potential just make sure you do your homework on the software your using k.

I really like this song. All you need is a better compressor for your vocals and a little more ambition and the possibilities are endless. keep doing your thing.
