Thank you. I was quite chaotic mixing the track. Nervous and stressed up and was not sure about the results. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Hello Dasich123, I like this piece... pretty creative sound and feel....nice percussions.
DasIch123
DasIch123 replied 6th Sep 2026 - 1 month ago
Thank you. The percussions are very simple. Hihats, shaker and kick. Probably I have become lazy - there's one rule - less is more. :)

V ambient - creates a Parisian vibe

There is no big deal to create a track. The problem is to create, put a vibe in there. Thank you.

Kia Ora, loving this chilled vibe. Man this sounds like something I'd try and pull off, only you do it better lol. Love the lazy beat and bass and the guitars especially. Good stuff, thanks for sharing. Cheers from Down Under, Zoot.

Hi Zootman, only thing I got in my head was- just some kick and no snare. Tried many variations but the kick did the best. Thanks for loving it.

Great female vocal choice for this piece. Everything sits nice, and has a movie soundtrack quality. Great job.

Thank you. Weird thing is that I avoid to utilize the EQ, just highpass and lowpass filters. If the stem was recorded properly in the beginning there's less use of the EQ. Sounds strange but it works. Always. I'm glad that you liked the track. Thumbs up! :)

Thank you. Somehow I managed to mix three different styles of music in one track. Yes, this track doesn't satisfy the taste of majority listeners but I don't care.

I like this, the first half kinda gives off Twin Peaks vibes. Nice work.

Full of foreboding and apprehensive tension....I do not game but I can get the vibe from this pretty quick

Thank you. I tried to play that game. Someone told me once that Alien: Isolation is a scary game but no, Dead Space got more tension and fear than that Alien: Isolation.

You really do have a wild imagination to be able to capture this atmosphere so well. Im not a gamer, but this is super cool!
DasIch123
DasIch123 replied 1st Sep 2026 - 2 months ago
Thank you. In the past I played this game just for 25 minutes and I had enough and couldn't do any longer. Yes, the atmosphere I tried to create is very close to the game - fear, uncertainty, and you never can know what's behind that dark corner.

This mix is crazy good, bro. It has that perfectly muddy, industrial grit that fits the theme so well. The stereo imaging and the groove of the drums keep you hooked from start to finish. Whats these French at the end? wow haha!! Great production!
Take care peace
DasIch123
DasIch123 replied 30th Aug 2026 - 2 months ago
Thank you. This was the idea - dull, muddy industrial style groove. The French? Mmm...I just imagined the situation when you are up and suddenly hear the french language ( just a joke, I thought it was funny to ad this one) :)

Dude, this is an absolute banger! Loving those hi-hats swinging from left to right. I dont know if its just my ears, but that snare hitting slightly from the left monitor is crazy! This is awesome.

DasIch123 replied 30th Aug 2026 - 2 months ago
Thank you. No, it's not just your ears. I meant to destroy this track in the mix. I failed :) I'm glad that you enjoyed the details which surprised your ears.

The emotion of irritation smashes through this cool, bouncing track. Conveys how jarring and perturbing noise can be - 'don't close your eyes' clever touch - we all know what happens if you f do - expect a revolving room..
DasIch123
DasIch123 replied 30th Aug 2026 - 2 months ago
Thank you. Tonight was a rough night. No, I don't drink at all, two years ago I quit. This was idea fix. Something muddy, groovy, bouncing...the same sensation when you are about to wake up but you won't... Reality or dreams both sometimes are scary....

Real immersive intro with high quality sound! I love the overall melody with the bass and synth especially. Nice one!
DasIch123
DasIch123 replied 30th Aug 2026 - 2 months ago
Thank you. The bass actually is DI :)
No bass amp. Cranked up my bass guitar humbucker pickup, adjusted the tone and that's it. That was quite funny to record all parts. The Sure SM 57 does the job perfectly - my voice was recorded in one take. Still wondering why people spending lots of money on expensive ones.
The task was - less stems the better mix.

Beautiful song - my fave Keats is 'La Belle Dame sans Merci - Dragonsfly with Maya Love to a wonderful cover of it (World Music Style) - the ethereal nature of your track lulls you and takes you somewhere you feel safe to dream

Thanks. This track was recorded two months ago. And it all started with one loop. Yes, I like John Keats poetry that's why I decided to put a little of his written words in this track.
