I love the bass progression, How you jump up in 5ths is very classic R&B, and yet the sounds are modern in the effects sense. Cool start to this one.

Love the chilled out old school feel to it.
The track you had commented from me is taken from Lee Fields and the Expressions (Wish you were here). In case you wanna check it out look on youtube for the version where they play it on top of a roof. In the beginning a guy plays sax and thats my sample. Cheers

This Beat is SO SWEET. How do you do you scratches? I am looking to incorporate a few into some beats I am working on, but since I don't have a DJ ( or scratch DJ I should say) background I am not sure how to get it done. Keep it up.

Well, This had the potential to be a smash in my opinion. It started like a hit. The intro cut and the sample cut is ok for the first 20 seconds or so, then it started getting repetitive. I say you do maybe 1-2 more sample cuts and add some percussion. Just an opinion. This isn't negative feedback, just a beat that I started off very impressed with and ended up disappointed. I know you can go harder. Don't restrict yourself. Just make music sir. You may be surprised.

sup felix, yeah i pretty much felt the same way about it as you. the artists that im workin with on it didnt like some of the additional cuts in it that i put in it that somewhat completed it in my eyes. But now that i hear it from someone else outside my own circle im definetely going to try to add a few more just to round it out. thanks for the feedback too, i take it all as constructiive critism, so dont feel bad about being straight up with me. ima work this out, then shoot you the song just for more feedback if thats cool. anyway though thanks for taking the time to listen and comment, it all helps me grow. peace and big ups
