Malinda's spoken word was a nice touch, actually it was what stood out among everything else.
It was what set the vibe for the track.
I cant give a constructive feedback regarding your build or sounds, because I myself am facing a little bit of a rough patch when it comes to mastering a track.
However, as a listener, and not a producer, I can certainly say I'd listen to the track every now and then.
Instrumental is ok tbh, few eqing issues here n there (too much low end on sounds) but nothing drastic.
Her voice is nice man a few things to try though, is keep her voice to just breakdowns that way she has her own platform to speak because she gets lost in the track when she speaks over the main bits. A nice 1 minute breakdown with a gradual build back up would work wonders for her spoken word bits.
Also slightly side chain compressing the pads/synths against her voice when she speaks will make her stand out more. if you have a stereo delay device put it on the vocal channel, set the left side at 1 millisecond and the right at about 10-15 milliseconds and put the dry/wet all the way to wet. that way she will also have width in the mix.
Hey mate! This is a pretty neat track. Honestly, I don't believe Malinda is off key. After all, spoken word doesn't necessarily HAVE to be on key anyways.
I also agree with TRE24 on the purpose of this site though. I like to believe we all ended up on the good ole Loop cause the universe believes we can make it to the top and only the input of the knowledgeable artists that are on here can make us the best we can be.
I also throw out the offer of any input you would like in the future. Don't hesitate to ask!
This track is pretty golden though. The steady chord progression helps it to drive along. And don't kick yourself on the drum kit, I use the same few samples for most of my songs too. Cause they FIT!! Haha
You should take a stab at my remix competition! I think you could do well!
I understand the purpose of the site. But I'm not down for criticism that is completely unjustified. I do appreciate the comments and suggestions I get on every song I upload and I do listen to people when they are being constructive. But I will also refuse to change something that doesn't need to be changed. Ill be sure to check out the remix competition. Thanks for the comment man. And I'll be sure to get a hold of you for future with any songs I may upload for some input
Yes Malinda is a singer but she was unhappy with her singing the first time through, so I'm waiting for her to rerecord her vocals before I mess with it more.
Lol @ your description. Hey I enjoyed the track man.
Really good uplifting vibes from this one.
Nicely done.
On the other note we all make music for ourselves to live in that moment. But its when you make music for the people and they begin to live in your moments that you begin to build a legacy. Constructive criticism is what anyone who makes music will face and it has helped some of the Greats get to where they are today. You have to learn how submit, take advice, and get better from it. Some can be more harsh than others but I learned a long time ago that the truth really does hurt. So if your not getting better then your stale or getting worse. Their will always be someone with more experience and knowledge on the subject and maybe the smallest of input from them can go for miles. This may just be a hobby for you but I think we all take refuge in getting better in what ever we do.
My goal here is for us all to get better, including myself, and these goals are mere childs play when the community bonds together and work as a team.
With that being said I offer you any input or help on any subject that I have knowledge on in the future at your request.
Anything.
I really thought the track was great. Very uplifting - bring back memories type of track.
This is my favorite so far from you. the melody is great the beat as well the only thing who ruined a bit is the click sounds at start.
I recommend you to fix that using Audacity to cut only that part. with this freeware you can zoom the wave form into the "cellular size". Seriously you really should do surgery for that track because this deserve it !
Anyway this click or pop sounds at start won't block me from adding this track in my favorite :)

Isn't Malinda a singer?
From 0.32 and 1.37 there are places for a female vocal...:-)
Fantastic groovy and a melodical synth play from the top EDM LEAGUE...:-)
And actually totally agreed with TRE...
Handshake, Danke

Finally I love your synths choice all fit well together especially the high one at 2:34 min who look like a harp.
I may check your other work I always love discovering new artists.

The only thing I would tweak is the levels of the high frequencies. They're just a tad bit overpowering, but other than that, fantastic job!
Hope to see more work from you soon! And check out my work too when you get the chance!
