To add to what NightHawk said, iZotope's Nectar VST may help with your vocal power if you can't afford a capacitor mic. It's not an Autotune type software but it really does an awesome job enhancing vocals for mastering. Really great software.

a lil tip or ya:
Buy a capacitor mic with XLR usb sucks or is twice as expansive to have a lil bit quality.
And rap at full volume it has more power than and you'll articulate much better ;)
