Wow does this song bring back memories for me. Fresh out of high school I did a muzical called Blues in the Night, and this was one of the songs I did. Love the live sound, I can almost imagine the band behind the sheer curtain, the dimmed lights, and the gloomy atmosphere. :-) You nailed it, especially with the tempo.

Old time rnb/soul with lots of feeling in the vox. I agree with priest about the vocals, could be the mic you used, a little boxy but the idea is there and well performed. Brought me back to the mid '70's, good stuff!

I'm really digging this as well. Harlem sounding imo. Some fly like an eagle vibes. With that being said I'm picking up some distortion in the mix somewhere not sure what it is causing it. It's still a good concept, put together very well. nice.
