No problem, Steve, and I do empathise with trying to get tracks to sound great when you have a family to attend to. I don't and so can spend lots of time obsessing over minor details and endlessly polishing.
Make sure you check out that Hyperspeed Prodigy track from their debut album as it's a rave classic. And good luck with making the most of this track. I don't think you sharing this sample with Hyperspeed will be a problem.
But I very nearly never use any samples at all (there are just a few in my music in 14 years of making numerous tracks) because then I don't have to worry about wondering if someone else has already used it. Or, even worse, finding out that they have and maybe much more effectively.
Here or elsewhere, it's always an invitation to listen to good music. Your imagination seems to have no limit, because everything you submit, have a lot of personality.
Thank you for sharing this moment here ....
Quite a sophisticated track, actually and certainly good fun. Love that very first synth movement.
I recognise that high pitched NASA sample from the Prodgy's debut album (on the intro of the track Hyperspeed - have a listen if you haven't heard it).
This builds and gets better all the time. I particularly like the lead synths on about 1:43.
I thought the end could have been better as it's a bit abrupt. Maybe the track is also a bit too short (but I would say that as I love long stuff that really justifies its length).
Hi, and thanks for such a considered response. Had no idea about the Nasa sample as I bought it in a sample pack obviously from a dodgy website! I agree with the end being somewhat unremarkable. Tyring to finesse songs in amongst work, kids and their addiction to minecraft on my PC is a challenge! Will return to this and see what I can do to spice it up. Thanks again
Good song!
I really like the bass lines (good bass sound by the way, it sound too good to be a virtual instrument)
The mix is very well balanced and nice use of the "nasa" sample.
Really good.

Hi Dan. Thank you so much for your heart felt comments. There's a platform at a city station here in Melbourne that the homeless find shelter at night and I pass it going home from work. it got me thinking. Thanks again.

Wow great track man. Excellent use of JJWeekz pella. Classic old school vibe going on with the beat and synth. Great job. defo my favorite track at the mo.
Very energetic and funny. I LOVE the "if-if-if" moment! :D
Curiously the bass line is very near to classic track "A forest" by The Cure, but in a absolutely opposite context.
Not a surprise as I am a big fan of the cure and listened to them heavily though the 80's. Didn't pick it up until to mentioned it though. It is a great chord progression. Thanks for the feedback
Yes Steve please do send me some tracks! No promise to me adding on them as I get musical ADHD lol. So this track you worked on is right up my alley as far as that bubblegum 80s thing...in fact, if you wanted to do another version of this song with some spaces for me to add more lyrics, I'd love that too. I'm very much into this dreamy electro feel though, just absolutely love it!!! Again, my email is write4heaven@hotmail.com if you want to send me some ideas. I work better on top of existing tracks, rather than writing lyrics to a track I have no idea about.
Thanks for the great feedback. I didn't think it was that good but that can happen when you listen to a track a hundred times and keep changing your mind about sounds and rhythms!
I'm really impressed by this performance. A big slap to me this morning .... that puts me ideas in place. This is really unexpected ....
Very good concept, and judicious choice of the voice of Jenny ....
Hi Jenny, I am rapted you like it. I've toyed around with it for a few weeks until I heard your Parallel Universe song which gave me a better direction. I love that song by that way. I was hesitant to post this song really as I had listened to it so many times I wasn't sure if it had become just plain boring. I am glad I have now!. Still not happy with the final mix as the mastering is a bit up and down in parts but will try some other presets. Jenny, I would love to work with more of your vocals. Just let me know what you have in mind for them and would be happy to send you demos before a proper release. I could also send you some tracks that need vocals? Thanks so much for your support
ARRRGHHH THIS IS THE BOMB!!!!! Finally! Someone made a track with these vocals that actually go beyond what I envisioned for them!! You did great Stephen WOW!!!! This is one of the best tracks I've heard featuring my vocals, music is perfect, vocal effects and vocal placement is perfect, I'm totally absolutely excited and impressed by this work!!! When you post it on Soundcloud, I'll proudly be reposting it on my Guest remixes page. Shall I make some lyrics for you to mix on your next track? Message me if you'd like this :)
Hi XmafaX, thanks for you comments and very interestingly about Depeche Mode. I have followed them ever since their first single way way back so not surprising there is an influence!
Wonderful! I always liked this vocal track from JJ but you really made it shine! I love this song man!
Everything is perfect: the fx you apply on the voice (but never too much), the choice of the sounds, the idea of the "stop" and the tempo acceleration in the middle of the song.
Love it.
Domenico
Thanks for the great feedback. The tempo idea came from song called Rush by Depeche Mode where they go to half tempo but I decided to include acceleration.
