Nice track - that bass really gives such a strong foundation for both the more melodic parts and the drums - I wonder if Angelus is going to get inspired and do some of her gorgeous vocals over this - lets hope so : )

I enjoyed the melody a lot. To your comment about being a backing track for vocals, yeah, that's what it feels like to me, not necessarily complete in and of itself because it feels like it needs another layer of music on top, but an excellent, ethereal track to lay vocals on. Great work.

Nice strings in the intro and little riff when the drums start. Nice revisit of the same riff later.

Do you have specific intent when you make a track? Like, this is a backing track for X or Y?

Great track! The drums slither and slice through the beat, the bass accents the drums. Solid. Keys and string section ties everything together beautifully. I like that 16th note pattern on the hi hat with the synth then it bursts back into the beat. Slammer. Fav.

I rather like this. It has a slight forlorn quality to it. A vocal track about the heartache of a romance gone wrong would work great on this. Great work man.

Nice work. I like the chords progression and the kick sound. This would be a good track to use as a backing track to stretch out a bit. I broke out my sax, maybe it's time to blow out the dust :)

Hey man. How's it goin?

This isn't my genre by any means. I don't know what makes hip-hop what it is. But, that aside, I really liked this for what it is. I'm sure it's meant to have a vocal track, but in my opinion, vocals get in the way. That's for EVERY genre. Except maybe Tuvan throat chant. You know...where it's nothing BUT vocals.
The only thing that seemed to be missing in my ears was a sub bass line to accent the percussion. Other than that, everything sounded great. The mix is nice and clean, everything sits right were it needs to be.
