really nice work, lovely sweet vocal. instrumentation is excellent, just the right amount keys strings and the atmosphere pad is a great place, the drums are just there not trying to stand out but still showing, the sound and production are good to, keep up the good work boyz

Very good! Are the drums an electronic set or midi? To me you use the crash a lot and I'd consider to do a bit less of that or possibly use the ride, which gives a bit more pleasant sound.

Good stuff on the guitars. What kind of distortion are you using?

And always good to find someone who also believes in playing live instruments :)

This is very peaceful and like nothing I have heard here on LM before. WOWW!! what a most ethereal and graceful piece of musical ingenuity!...I actually closed my eyes & took this all in digesting every note & I have to say the listening experience was something to behold...Calm, light, majestic & captivating, I'm truly speechless and bold-over by this piece of heavenly sound. wow, Thank you for showing up here on LM. I think everyone needs to hear this, the way the world is going people are stressed to the eyeballs, but there are ways to calm and feel connected to a much higher power which is something i do/feel on a daily, we all need to learn to raise the frequency around us and find a place of calm and peace no matter what's going on around us & your music did that all at once.

This is otherworldly indeed...I think you can tell just how much I Love this track :) Anyways Thank for this BRAVO!!!! FAVED!

Mighty fine compliment indeed. Thank you for taking the time to communicate all of that, it's exactly how I intended this track to be received. Makes me wish I could dedicate all of my time solely to making albums of this nature, but I have a business to run and a family to provide for. If I can secure the funding one day though, I will do that...if I have enough time left on this earth to do so.

A solid and nice track indeed. Loved it. All is prety well balanced. The elements were good. The mixing has been done nicely. The vocals were clear. So yeah a job well done. Keep up the good work. Btw i believe this track does belong more to the rap section though. But hip hop will do as well.

I dig the message! The song itself is very catchy, lots of instrument activity and atmosphere - but seems to bury the vocals at times. I know you didn't mix it so it's not really a critique, more of just something I noticed. :) Your vocals are always solidly recorded so I have to ask, what microphone-interface-software setup do you have to make your recordings?

Hey man, thanks for the feedback and taking the time to check out the track.

The use of compression on my vocal wasn't applied the best way, agreed. Dude who did the mixing is somewhat newer to the game, so he kind of makes decisions very tenatiovely and reserved when he is mixing. I'm busy with a lot of other stuff going on right now so I didn't really feel overly compelled to get him to go back and play with the mix, plus I knew I would get some excellent remixes which give my vocals proper treatment so I'm cool with it.

-Apex540 Condenser Mic
-Zoom C5.1t USB Audio Interface
-Adobe Audition for tracking
-Custom built isolation box for mic

Thank you kindly. My dad recorded this in 1994, just acoustic guitar and his singing. I just remixed it and added all the other elements. Thanks for listening!
