Thank you John, right on as you know guitarists are always in search for their tone... the endless search :-) thank you for your comment and your listening time.
Hello StratOli, This is straight up blues the way you want it...its raw...its edgy...its not suppose to be perfect because its the flow as you go that makes it work. Good job my friend.
Hello Glenn yes I like blues especially when it is raw and edgy. I easily immerse myself in Buddy Guy, Albert Collins, SRV, Albert King style of blues to name just a few of my favorite guitarists. Thanks for listening and sharing your thoughts. Oli.
I am so fond of electric blues and I really enjoyed every little note you played on your guitar. It is the power of this certain rhythm that makes me be so excited with pure blues sound. Very well done.
My best regards, Anthony.
Love the Blues and this has a healthy dose of it. Like the LoFi feel as well.
Only thing I can say is it could benefit from a change in chord progression somewhere in the track. It feels like it is building up towards something that never arrives. Still a cool track though.
Thank you AB for your listening time and your feedback. You are right this is a not much developed track using one single chord. I understand it may generate frustration to the listener, that was not the intention.
Hello Oli, the track seemed cinematic to me from the start... like a soundtrack. Super contrasting sounds that keep the tension constant. Somehow it seems unfinished, but somehow not... difficult to decide. In any case, a pleasant listen.
Cheers,
Micky
thanks a lot Micky for taking the time to listen to this track and to share your comments. The track is not fully polished but if you found it pleasant that's just enough for me.
thank you Glenn this is really awesome to get feedback from other musicians like you. I appreciate the time you spent listening to the track and sending your comments.
Hi,
This has a such a groovy! sound & such a feel good factor! also...The one thing I like is when artists are fearless and try different things and experiment with sounds. The end is RAD! & a little loud but apart from that I can't really find much fault with your AWESOME! work. Music should always be fun! and as long as we enjoy what we do that's what matters most, keep having fun! with your music :)
thank you so much Angelus, yes my home studio stuff is really for experimenting and get new ideas. You are right FUN is the keyword and sorry for the too loudly ending!
Thank you Kay, fusion is just a generic genre for me when I am undecided. In my vocabulary it usually means a combination of blues/jazz/funk/rock. This is great if you found it pleasant listen.
Really good vibes here. I believe you have some minor latency issues, which you should solve with an ASIO driver for your audio card (there is always the Asio4all option, free and fully functioning). Your sound is excellent and it is obvious you have good ideas for you music making works.
Best regards, Anthony.
Hi Anthony, thanks a lot for taking the time to listen to this track and sending back your comments. I rechecked my ASIO configuration and the system is indication roughly 2.5 ms in and out (so 5ms roundtrip). So may be the latency issues you heard are more from my fingers, joints, ... For this track it is true that I focused a lot on the sounds (may be too much). Anyways, thanks again. Kind regards, StratOli
Whoa, when it started it sounded like the theme from Shaft or a 70's movie starring Pam Grier. That's not inherently a bad thing, especially since this becomes something else entirely over the course of its 3 mins. Music and the creativity I often find on display here is a huge reason why I stuck around when I first came to LM.... Tho getting to know many of the talented people here is the biggest reason. I'm not sure where u might go with this, but ill check it out again if u continue work on it. I like the creativity and personality in this - I can hear the groundwork being laid for something even better, if u continue to work toward it, and discover more ways to turn your ideas into music. My best advice for u is to find other like minded people to work with - sometimes that idea doesn't seem to be helpful, but working with the right people can create magic, and that is a beautiful thing. I know of 2 or 3 creative minds here on LM that would be perfect partners for u, based on what I've heard here.
Another bit of advice - have a positive feeling about what u create - I found your ending unique and could even be a signature thing for u, and have many of your songs have unorthodox endings. Try and see it this way - It's your music and it's a privilege for others to experience it. I hope something I've said here helps u in some way. Stay inspired, man. - Pnnywze
yes I could not hide any longer my interest for vintage music, Stax, Issac Hayes, Memphis so many magic names! thanks for the support and the cool pieces of advice. For sure (!) this is a chance to be able to get feedback from any musician on this platform. Thx again for listening and sharing your feedback.

I cant wait to hear more of your music. Another great track FAB! job!
Thanks so much Angelus, really appreciated especially from someone with your musicianship... but nevertheless I truly think I have to study music and practice harder :-)
Hello StratOli, enjoyed your track my friend.....the vocals were very good and great guitars.....I'm thinking the track could fit into the blues genre as well, again it's a good piece.
Hello Glenn, thanks you for taking the time to listen to this track and to share your comment. I agree with you it could be under the blues genre, most of the music I like can be connected to blues somehow. Have a good day, cheers.
Hello BaoBou, yes correct I cannot succeed to do other things than StratOli type ones, however hard I try. After so many years, I have to accept it! thank you very much for taking the time to listen to the track and sending your feedback.
