personally not being a fan of the 8-bit sound, if anyone else had made this, i would not have listened to it. Definitly hearing this type of sound from Zomby, so if you need some inspiration, that would be a good place to go. (i hear those glitch fx there man) once again, i usually hate 8-bit, but this i like
Add:make sure with the y... and of course i use sonar which is glitchy on its own, so i wouldnt know. its better as an audacity effect though
Thank you friend, this was exactly what I needed to hear today! Those vocals sound aboriginal or something to me... very interesting! An engaging track from beginning to end! Faved!
Oh I love the sounds you've coaxed from these synths! This track has a wonderful flow to it! I really dig it when the song bounces between two rhythms, very creative! So cool all the way to the end! Faved for sure!
Thank you , sir. When I found these things on the web I was like , YES! I have been wanting to get that 8 bit sound for a while. Thanks for the comment!
This sounds awesome man! I love the different moods it sets as it changes up. The arrangement of this sounds awesome and kinda makes me wanna go play some NES roms XD. And I've been looking for some 8-bit synthesizers for a while so thank you so much for the link to those in the description! Since you have the loops posted I may also grab one or two of them and see what I can do with them, if anything lol.
This is incredible. This is blended extremely well, not choppy at all, relaxing and flowing. I love the drum beats, they're soft but very pronounced at the same time, lol. I like it a lot man!
once again u out did urself... Sick Tune... i feel like that bass is speaking in sentences !!! lol great work !! Agree Wit ED.... WERE CAN I BUY THIS ALBUM...lol
Thanks Janglz. You are actually hearing tracks from my new album,Automaton. I will be distributing it soon. Gotta make a few more sos not to rip ppl off by not giving them an abundant amount of music. Thanks for stopping by and leaving some words.~ Cheers
Thanks for stopping by and having a listen! I have a few dubstep bass lines in my loops tab, but they are not "wobble" they are more mechanic. Thanks for the comment!
Wow 8bit awesomeness.
Glitchness...
Wow.. you are the freaking man.
Dubsteppin to this in my chair lol
Dude. I would pay to see you spin. Fer real.
Umn...
DUDE... I was actually meaning to ask you, you know.. integrating the dubstep wobble, but then throwing some glitch like effects on there.
AND low-and-behold.. you are doing kinda what I was thinkin.
Something that I would think would be awesome.. on the end of a couple bars, maybe throwing a gate on 1/8 note, so you would get a really cool stutter effect. I was messing with dblue's glitch the free vst (easily over-used, but I was just using the gate function and then automating the speed filter along with some time parameters and it was just stutter heaven.)
And on your build maybe..
DAMNIT you just did it lol.
But yeah.. I was thinking some stutter on the wobble on some end bar action might be kinda cool.
hahahha
....
If you had an album, I would buy it.
But you gotta promise to put reeeeaaallly cool art in it.
Thanks a lot Livid! Man, you know how to give a review! I am glad you like my style of dubstep. I thought I was kind of going out on a limb on this one, but I ended really liking the finished product. I have never used dblue before. I have to give that one a try. anyways, thanks for stopping by again!
nice work!the levels sounds ok to me,i would chance the siren melody to make the track sound more original, try to chance the sound of the siren, add effects equalizers compresors delays....
just a thought!
cheers from tha base
Thanks KNY, I do all of my sequencing in reason 4. After the song is finished I throw it into Sony Sound Forge, just to apply the wave hammer, Then I master in Steinberg Wave Lab.
