dude this track is SICK. id love to throw down some vocals and make it a finished piece, if youre interested. im serious, this has some serious emotion and vibes in it. it could go so far.
No worries...like the piano play. like the vocals. This is a dope Dubstep track. Nice edits too. I appreciate the chord progression work. I normally dont download tracks here but I think I want this one. nice job!
hey man, im sorry for my late response. i will search for some good abiances loops.. and for the lead i wanted to turn it down a bit but i already lost the project and couldnt make it...i hope the next song witch i am working on now will be bette. But i guess we'll see=))
It's more cleaner now than before, piano is fine now and I don't hear unwanted frequencies, great use of rainstorm ambiance on the background, also the plucks at 0:22 is mesmerizing.
The drop is close to becoming perfect, just layer the synths with a sidechained white noise, it will gives more body on the highs in the drop.
And now I think you need to change your build-up drums a bit coz all of the tracks I've heard from you got a same build-up drums make a variety, maybe put a percussions.
Also I noticed that you don't have a hi-hats and crashes just add some hat loops it will make your drums better.
That's all keep it up and just enjoy what you're doing.
thanks! i will look up for some tutorials i love spending time discovering things...i dont know actually how i can improvve my buildup...i sometimes use loops but i want to be more original.....ill look up to informe myself
i am not a tech but from this listener’s perspective you score bigtime on presence and definition in the sound department. i like the melody and was left wanting a variation or development of the theme. hey, i hope you take my wanting more as positive criticism!
hi! i really apreciate the comment!...i am an 13 year old kid...ive been producing music for like 5 months....i am not so professional, but music is my passion...i do this every day and i keep learning new things every day!....i take seriosly every advice and comment!...i also have a youtobe channel i started 1 month ago.....i am trying every time to make more of an intresting song..but i always concentrate more on the drop..because its really hard to get all that supersaw..i am an stock plugin user....and its very hard to acive the perfect saw to complete the drop!.....the next songs i will make i will consider everithing more serios and nedd to improve a lot!...thanks for stopping by and telling me youre opinion.take care!
Good job on this you nailed the intro just right, now it's more sounding like Illenium, I like the entry of the pads at 0:26 it's uplifting.
My opinion now is:
Have a uplifter or just a mini riser for the transition on the build-up at 0:45 and remove the pads and the guitar at the build-up so it doesn't sound repetitive, and start introducing the vocal chops and the drop synth by automating it (filter it out).
And also the drop is lacking synths and the bass is overpowering it, just tweak it down a bit.
Lastly the mix I'm hearing unwanted frequencies cut some lows.
thanks! i will use evrething you told me on the next track. now i am paying more attention on melodic dubstep ive been staying like a week on tutorials=)..i hope they made good=)))
I'd agree that you did a pretty good job of making future bass. The synth at 0:53 is very dominant, but also a little thin. I recommend either spreading the synth out or layering it with something light and lush. More breaks/volume cuts could help as well. I like the arpeggio that comes in at 1:17, but it gets buried under the chords. You could try switching the chords to a softer instrument so the arpeggio can breathe. I think you have a pretty good starting point to making a full track.
I create all the melodies in pianno roll....the bassline is actually a growl made in sytrus(I'm a stock plugin user) and every synth is made by me in harmor!
This is pretty good as far as Composition and loop arrangement goes. It's very Excision-like, but not an obvious ripoff. It has a nice high energy without being difficult to listen to.
I think the only suggestions I have are in the mixing.
Overall, it's pretty good. Most of the levels are pretty even. Nothing jumps out too hard, or ducks away. The only obvious exception is that brassy hit at 3 seconds, and again at the outro. It's quite a bit louder than everything else. Bring it down in your mixer just a touch.
The only other thing is panning and dynamics.
There are obviously some good stereo effects that widens it out, but even so, everything still sits in the center and they kind of fight for the spotlight. Or, more technically speaking, with everything centered, all of the frequencies are layered, giving it a less clear, and almost jumbled and muddy quality. Try panning different parts to the left or right. Or even crossfade some of them for more movement. Not only would doing so give it that fluid and organic dynamics, but it would allow everything to work together (meaning give room for frequencies to do what they need to do without overlapping) and widen the whole thing out making it even bigger than it already is. And really, that's what dubstep is all about,Right? The grandiose!
This is just my opinion, take it for what it's worth. Even if you do nothing, it's still a decent track.

And I heard that you're working on the build-up drums which is nice, I like how you reverse the lead at 1:37.
Though the intro needs more ambiances wildlife sfx or maybe a chatter would help a lot to fill some gaps.
And the leads are quite loud turn it down a bit.
take care!
