ah well thank you for the advice. I tried to make it stand out as clear as I could it is a little muddy in various parts. Thank you for listening. I do need to use automation more b/c I think out of the last 10 songs I have done I haven't used it at all on anything. Been thinking about it though. Ironic you touched on that. Thanks again.

Thanks. I have a hard time with getting the vocal volume adjusted just right. The reason being is b/c I don't have any studio monitors. I have a portable Bluetooth speaker that is super tiny and I have a pair of OneOdio headphones that I use. The thing I have noticed is different speakers put out a different sound. My headphones the vocal volume always sounds very low and the bass is very loud they are 50mm drivers. When I switch to a portable speaker or the home theater system the vocal volume sounds just fine and loud and clear. so maybe you need to turn your bass down some.
