Nice dark, dangerous and for my ears a little deadly track.
Excellent stuff for a ##### story of a man who killed (a) his wife for a strange reason ..... I really enjoyed the listen. I got the horror thing but i didn't got any jazz feeling. But that's just me and i am really not good in genres at all :)

Another stellar effort by you and another of your songs added to my favorites. I liked everything about this one, terrific dissonant piano work to the tension provided by the strings and all in minor chords to give it that unhappy feeling. I don't hear the messy bass referenced by Indieground, but I'm listening on headphones so there is that. Anyway, really good tune and I look forward to your jazz horror album as well. I hope all is well.

About the voice i can hear a spoken word female voice

Nothing dramatic and it may be the desired effect but I've got to tell you that the bass is a bit messy on my krk rokit 5

I can also say that the so incisive drums adds a touch of original hardness which, in my humble opinion, is good for the piece.

Very pleasant and masterfully played. In my opinion the piece stands well even without further additions.

Super hot production, but more you got the essence and vibe of the era. Nice double (or octave down, detuned C bass). Loved the counter rhythms. Atmosphere at its best!

If i had my time again i'll no doubt be an upright bass player. May be not a good one trought...
Anyway i'm not a fan of this type of drum sound i must say but that just my point of view, the rest is great and be not so much needed another instruments. But again that just my point of view.
