when it comes to make beats, everyday is different for me. somedays I wake up and make a full beat. next day,only make a melody and try some drums over it and next day i can take the drum off, change the sounds.And if i really feel the beat i can put some ideas on it

yeah, sometimes 30min track is the best. Sometimes 2 hours is not enough. but over do the thing is what we don't want.
