the hardest part to that is there are soo many J-Roc's out there I wouldnt know which one you are talking about, but I happen to be fairly good at freestyling I just dont post them like songs... to me freestyling is for fun and gettin crazy haha

i like where youre headed with the track, the beat is thick and it pumps ya... the only thing i would suggest is (and correct me if i am wrong) but i would suggest having your verses memorized. to me, your delivery suggested reading off paper. either that or your lyrics become "instinctively" rushed cuz of the odd bass kick timing. if your verses are memorized then i would just listen and use either the snare or the high hat for timing. but i gotta give you props on the recording. alot of songs ive heard the vocals were the muddiest part. i could hear you pretty clearly thats a BIG + in my book. over all, i like your concept
