I agree with BeatMechanic, this is definitely more of a chillout vibe. Very pleasing on the ears. You should mash the instruments a bit more with compressors to get a nicer thump! I am not capable of creating music like this and it makes me envious!
I'm getting back on here after a long time off. I like it. Nice bass for the background. I would say it is not RnB at all. However, it is a cool flowing track. I would classify it closer to chillout. Also, you could consider dropping the percussion out at some point in the middle and maybe even the bass, and just play one of those neat riffs for a couple measures and then bring in the bass, then high hats or all of the percussion if it's not broken down in the track. It may help to give it more mystery. But, it's cool. Good job.
very cool track...nearly chill out or maybe this is chill out...fantastic harmonies and chords...very much like the bass when there is :-)
my only criticism is the drum stop at around 1.26...can't explain what is the problem but it doesn't work for me...
but that's only me as I see, so scroll...:-)
Hot summer night!
Trouble is it's bloody freezing here just now.
That was very unexpected.
Jazzy classy feeling here.
It chimes well with Bleeps latest track.
Love the distant female vocals ... bit of Shade there.

Thanks bro. Sade was one of my favorite artists growing up. I haven't thought about her work in a while, but I'm guessing that she must have had some subliminal influence on me in making this track. It might be why I gravitate so much to doing chill tracks.
Most times i can explain why something is good, but idk why i like this but i do. Maybe it just feels good, and sometimes thats the most important thing.
I would put this track under the category guilty pleasure. My mind despises this track because it doesn't have nearly the sophistication or nuances I put in my other tracks, but find myself listening to it more than my other stuff because I just flat out enjoy listening to it.
This sounds really good. The space-y panning is a little trying after the first minute... but the sounds are all cool. Interested to know what plugins you used for keys, vox etc. Most of this is really good and can hear it in many club settings! The vox are super cool
This is all loops. I tweak the sounds a bit with iZotope Neutron 2. In fact it helped me reduce the spacey-panning, and then I replaced some of that vox with a synth to mix things up a little. Thanks for the suggestion. It made the track stronger.
I understand how important it is to stop and make something that's just for you. It helps you to feel more connected to the music you are making and also take more risks. In this case it has worked wonderfully. The song has a fragile beauty that tugs at the heartstrings. The sparse production lets us appreciate each sound individually, increasing their impact. Especially when the piano comes in and gives us all a case of "the feels". Love it.
I've got it over at Kompoz. https://www.kompoz.com/music/collaboration/835401 and anyone can upload an audition. I'm going to do equal shares, however I'm going to be super picky about the vocals. So if you want to give it a shot go for it.
what a great tack this is...that piano is super cool and the atmosphere of the song too...very much like that vocoded synth, that's why it doesn't need vocs on my opinion...
Thanks for checking it out. I'm glad you liked it. I changed it up since your listen. There was way too much vocoded synth, and so I cut that way back. Makes it sound a lot less repetitive. Then I panned some of the stuff. I'm not sure it's all the way there yet, and I probably will try to get a vocalist for it too at some point, though I agree, it stands on its own in delivering atmosphere and feels.
What is unknown may be unknowable but what is unknowable is definitely unknown. Luckily, like Sgt. Schulz, "I know nothink!" I faved the heck out of this. It has sort of a japanesey feel to me, because it's so spare and unhurried. You have a way of orchestrating sounds so they really focus the mind on each sonic moment. Very lovely.
Oh you're so lucky. Every time I hear Melodiy's voice, I think the same thing. Actually, I think - that voice is approximately 85,000 times better than my voice; dang. Anyway, I can't wait to hear what you two come up with. I love the track, but it feels like a platform for vocals to me rather than a standalone instrumental. So I'm delighted - and jealous - that this collab is happening. I'll look for it!
brilliantly executed artwork...only criticism is the end...it's a sudden death...better prefer some kinda piano play with fade out...but that's just me...
This one is very chill, Neuro! I always find it amazing how you guys can take different loops from different places and mash them together and turn them into a song. That's not something that's easy to achieve, but yet you did a great job at it, which takes skill. Very nice work, thanks for sharing!

I love that it's got a slightly indefinable sound, but also quite recognisable.
