I am in total agreement with JFW on this one, this song is crying out for a sax solo in the middle of this one. Very good mix and I absolutely love the base line.

Hell yea, this song really reminds me of some of the stuff Cameo would produce with kind of a falling base line and synths mixed in for fun. Love the beat, and the mix of synths with acoustic piano.

So I love the vibe that this song projects, and the bass guitar really makes this song stand out, as it has just enough edge to it to add some real soul and R&B foundation to this piece.

I think you did a great job putting the parts together, and the lead guitar really rocks out, as you left enough space to let it stand out and shine.

I really could envision you adding some vocals to this one.... kind of a sultry sounding person would really put this over the top. And maybe a bridge and chorus to kind of give a rest from the main versus.

Overall a very compelling groove that I enjoyed while sipping my beer tonight.

I love the main versus in this one and like how you blended in the lead guitar solo. I think this song could really use a bridge and a chorus to kind of give it somewhere else to go, and then when it comes back to the refrain it will be like the breath of fresh air again. Very creative... love the vibe.

This tune really grabbed me and I found myself listening all the way through. I really liked the trumpet solo throughout. However, I think after the bridge where you lead into the sax solo, I almost think this song would do better with a guitar solo or something that is not a woodwind, as the trumpets kind of need to be the brass/woodwind sound I think. I guess I felt the sax was too similar to the trumpet sounds, and that something different like synth or guitar would really be a great contrast.

Overall a very nice tune.

I think it works...it sounds real good...love the acoustic guitar sound and the mix.

Well, you maybe dont know what you're doing but it sure sounds great! You are for sure one of the biggest talents here on Looperman. Great grooves! You should also try a collab with SlabJohnson, a great sax player but he lacks a bit the groove in which you are the master.

This might be a good collab with Chris Hall or PapaChubbs, check them out!
