hello holly,i'm really glad to hear from you,and thanks on the wonderful words.i just wanted to let
you know that when i heard your voice it blew me away.
you have a gift and i think it's time to utilize that gift don't you agree?i would love to hear how your voice sounds on the track.so feel free to download it and have fun with it,i believe that your voice is the missing piece of the puzzle on this song.and believe me when i say i am really impressed.if this is what you would like to do,drop me a line here and let me know.thats if your not busy doing other tracks of your own.i would also like to write a track around your voice.you have the right type of voice for just about anything you choose to sing to.and i bet your getting offers all over the place.and i hope
you had the chance to hear what i did with your track,i put a nice epic pad behind your vocals and i believe i got goose bumps after hearing it back.
all my best to you holly, sorry it's so long, and sorry it took a while to get back to you,i just finished a track with Kate Lesing.she's an old mate from way back when.well take care and
godspeed!

The synth is a little too hard, but still great, just maybe turn the shaper drive down. The percussion is awesome with the vox. I really don't think it needs any vocals.

Amazing track!

on the Original version of this song which is 5:05
the synth is more level.but because i had to edit
to about 1:30 out or so,to get it at 4mb,because it
is at 320kbps at 11.5mb's so i think also when you
upload a song here it gets re-encoded for bandwith
and compression.and again thanks for the review.

This song takes me back as well... it's good to hear the old with the new...awesome job! Maybe some time you can take some time and check my stuff out and let me know what you think and show me what to do to get noticed?
RadiumX
RadiumX replied Unknown
thank you mate:)anytime!one key to having a track get noticed in the first ten seconds,is listen to other songs of groups you like.and listen to the sound quality and how it was arranged mixed eq'd and engineerd.and try and match your song/track to how your favorite song or songs sound.not the instruments themselves
but how they sound compared to how yours sounds.
just match the sound quality and your golden.
then when you write a new track now you have learned to master your own music.once you've masterd the art of engineering your own tracks
the rest falls into place.it's just a matter of how much you really want your tracks to stand out from the rest.thats how you get noticed.and
in closing, remember to keep your track in the 3:00 minute range and 3:30 is ok too.but nothing over that.trust me when i tell you anything over that and the A&R guy will toss it.and make sure
even if it's a mix that your doing keep the mixes
at 1:30 to 2:00 and beatmatch your heart out.
but as i learned as a dj record labels want to hear you more then the mix you just did,so dont be affraid to add one of your best tracks on there too.but remember 3 minutes and nothing longer and what ever you do if your going to shop labels and submit a demo, start off with an indie labal first, and yes we know that indie labels dont pay you,you have to invest in yourself.but that is a really good way to get the ball rolling.find an indie and promote yourself and the bigger the following you have
depends on how quick a major label picks you up.
now in london it's quite different then the united states, here in the UK it's still all about the music.in the US it's about how much
money you can make them.thats the reality of the business.there are some really good labels to shop when your ready to make the move.when you
think you have at least 3 tracks that are pro
quality and are 3 minutes long and this is the important part ok they have to be marketable.
which means they like your tracks enough to either sign you and use your tracks for adds
movies or other projects, something they know is
hot at the time and your music fits what they are
trying to do.all the info i just gave you in some areas could cost you a lot of money for,and i believe that if we as pros want to help others
make it in the business.then you have to give solid advise and not charge for something you can learn by reading a book or going online, but watch out and be careful with your material.i dont know what your budget is,but i sugjest you
have your music and or mixes copyrighten so no one can steal your work, and believe me there are
people out there that wll do that very thing.and trust me when i tell you it's imparative that you do this.i learned the hard way.i trusted to many people and noticed no-one was listening to my music(ie record labels)thats because they were taking the music i submitted as a demo and
changing notes makeing sharps into flats and changing the octives and claiming

RTD thank you, like i told another member,i'm not here
to try and be better then any body,i'm just here for the food!lol.i just like chatting with others who love music as much as i do.and it helps to help one another.you don't see that happening these days.i'm a big john lennon fan.and he had a point the world needs to come together and put away it's petty differences and realize that yes we are two different nations of people but that doesn't mean we don't share the same problems.
and the song Imagine told of a day were we can all live in peace and that none of us are better then each other.that we are all gods children and that
no matter what skin color you are or religion we
are all one race of people,(The Human Race)and music brings us all together to share our hopes and dreams and tells us we can live as one.

I think you made what you wanted and very well. Dirty old skool anthems rock, amazing procession of the vocal too.But i'd prefer hearing some more trancy clear hats/highs..

The mastering could be better imo..I heard a bit crackling and some level issues

But really cool arrangement and sounds
