Someone else already pointed out how the "beat" and the "rap" are sometimes "fighting each other". This is true to some extent. It may be a stylistic decision, and that's fine. Still there should me more points where the music and the vocals "meet each other".
So... IMHO you are just missing 1 point to go to 10/10.
