dope beat, heavy swing, underground fo sho, but definately at the end of eight bars when you drop into your hook and when you drop in the drum line then you should try to cut the begginning of the loop at the fist 1 to 2 secs of the intro, it'll give it a nice lead into the other layers of the beat. just a suggestion..

also, agreed with calico to a point..I would phase those hihats in and out depending on where youre at in the sequence, like hi hats for the last 8 bars of the verse and a different hi hat loop in the hook but not in the first part of the verse cause you switch your melody up so much during the hook. peace
