Pretty cool stuf...piano lines are nice and lively...reminds me on 80's pop style! Maybe on some places the mix is a bit too dense but overall very good work!
sounds great. always keeping up the energy. lots of nice contrasts. I like your lead synth solo and how you bring it back in the last section. great ideas and mix here.
that nelody though!!! i dont feel like the synth u went with gives it quite enough credit, its well played. maybe swap it for a less dirty sounding lead sometime and se if it sounds good. maybe a pluck style synth or HOV with a few less voices
jz you shoulda seen me break my freakin neck at 1:59 when the male vocal clip goes, i thought someone was in the room behind me all of the sudden, fk. that scard the sht outta me. but that far into it, was really diggin the melody and feel of the track - if the drums were only more raw and dirty and edgy, it'd be amazing.
tnx for the comment XD I didn't want to startle people on that part of the track (lol). My goal on this track is to keep it simple and clean but making it more dirty as you said, will also be amazing for me also.
The main Arabic loop is very cool. And classic - no doubt about that.
Drum groove is decent though everything does sit a bit flat ie lacking in dynamic range. Have a look at how flat your waveform is almost everywhere in the track. There's a lot you can do to give a track added dynamics and variation.
Yes, 1:47 20 2:06 is a bit of a problem.
And then the return to the main theme at 2:06 is just copying exactly the same drum parts from the first section. You could really take the track up and make it much more powerful and epic. Or just different, for added excitement.
I can explain these comments in greater detail, if you like.
Overall: there's a good vibe in this but a lot more can be done to improve it without even adding any other instruments.
1.47 to 2.06 had to write that down before I forget ... no pen handy for some reason.
I think you have got a great little number going here with a title suiting the mood of what you have put together.
But but but ... at 1.47 it fails.
The change over is wrong.
So I'd change or re do the bit between 1.47 and 2.06.
I'd also work on volume levels on the different tracks because to me it sounds flat ... no depth ... all samples at the same volume.
I'd also want a little base background in there ... maybe a drone who's volume changes here and there along the way.
I wouldn't change the piece itself though because it sounds very Arabian Nights and I can imagine people downloading it and using it in youtube vids so don't be surprised if you come across it on youtube.

But some basslines would be nice...
