You really know how to tell a story through a track. The beginning really sounded like the backdrop for a moving speech before battle. The drums came in rapidly and I could really feel the march going on. At around 2 minutes, you brought in that panicky/urgent synth that just made me hear bullets whizzing and stopping with a thud, leaving soldiers bleeding like a tree oozes sap. At three minutes, the horn really set the tone for the aftermath of battle and the damage done.
Amazingly well done. Thanks for sharing this. Fav'd.
for those who use FL studio we can easily know that you use preset sample, its ok! but i founde those preset very outdated, just modifing a little bit a sample can change the whole song. now comment time: the bassline was basic and a bit too fuzzy for a trace song "im an expert in trance i listen to that since i have 8" your lead line was nice good job for this. so remember just work on those sample and it gonna perfect
No, i didnt use any preset samples whatsover. i try to refrain from samples because its alot easier to make music with that, but i didnt use any samples at all.
:-)
And yeah i got the vocals from a vocal hosting website and i just edited them just a tad so that one voice would be high, and then one would be low.
And yeah i am using fl studio, and I have been trying to find some good vsts for it as well. the only problem is that everytime i download a vst it tends to be a virus of somesort so im forced to run autoruns.exe and i have to painfully look through all of my files and find the virus messing up my computer. :-)
But i will definately look into pianoteq especially from a person who creates great music as well. :-)
wow i dident know such great talent could come from someone so young! ( i was born in 1993 to) anyway, what system you useing there to creat all this, well no dhu a mac, a 24 inch imac new one ? soundtrack? i play with some things sometimes i might upload them.. there no to bad, what you think? lol
-JNM13
Ha thanks alot. I didnt know that much talent could come from me either, lol until i tried lol.The system that im using to create this is an acer aspire laptop i got it like a year ago. I also have my basic soundcard and stuff like that. But the reason why it sounds really good and professional is not only the software i use (fl studio 8 xxl) but also i make sure that the bit rate is acceptable. if you want your tracks to sound professional, make sure you dont have alot of clutter on your cpu, because the more stuff that is taking up space on your computer, the lower the rate and sound quality of your tracks will be. I recommend getting an external hardrive for other things that will clutter your work space. AS youc an tell im a cpu nerd lol. but if you need any help with your cpu. or recommended software and hardware, let me know
Definately a hard trance almost NRG trakc! I like the synth u used because it can be manipulated in so many ways! And yes, you did a fine job "trance"istioning (lol) into the next flow as well. Hey would you listen to my track called A.D.H.D. for me and tell me what you think? It's FL XXL 5 too so cheers FL users!
hi Bri
i´m a fan of experimental sounds and this was the 1st of your tracks that i´v listened to and i´m very impressed.......so i think i´v to check out more of your tunes....
see you PC
Got some nice bass in it..
The vox was inputted nicely the synth was a little loud though. But nice mixture of sounds, images came to mind throughout the song.
Check out my song Power, I had a similar feel to it.
God Bless

thank you for signing my guest book ok i will give me a copy just ym it to me booyaka_mix and will give it back when done cuz i have not work on a track for a long time now and what is the bpm of that track
Well done with the build up & downs! I enjoyed listening to this toon. Great song! If I may, may I recommend you take the ending of the song and use it as a pre-break? It would be an awesome lead into a hard hitting break!
Great work!
I think it's great. I got the image in the beginning, but I reckon the battle bit should be more... adrenaline filled? The end was well done though! The trumpet really brings to mind the last post that the military plays for the fallen.
Yeah i used lotr vox for this one
(the best movie ever)
And yeah, i agree, I should have prolonged the battle scene/ had it a bit more intense, but i attempted to do so, and it just didnt sound right, so i was just satisfied with this lol
Ha thanks alot
One day i wouldnt mind being someone who did the scores for movies, but so far i havent even gotten to see a movie in a while lol
but thanks for the review

I like the synths in this. They are BEEFY! I don't think I have ever seen that terminology used in a music store "Beefy Friggin' Keyboard" Oh well. Good song keep em coming.
Cool track in the start when i heard that sound i didn't really expect much but later on it caught my ear :p also fruity loops rox it's just too easy to make a track in there once i tried to use reason the only thing i could get after 2-3 hours was a simple drumpattern and a shitty bass lol
Starts off very Techno then turns to Trance but also has traces of Hardcore and NRG too. Regardless of what it is supposed to be it is a very good track and blends the styles seamlessly as it goes.....the intro synth was great, beats were solid and fx all fitted nicely
Well done

Hi Briana, nice track I liked it especially since its all constructed by yourself great sound well done. I will have a go at a trance track myself at some point.

and i lve the vocals in this they build very nicely to the piano. and its a great motif and i love the slow build it creates..
but if your useing fl there are some better ways to make the piano sound more "real"
that is VSTs!!! and the mixer which i can tell you used.
but i recommend Pianoteq 2.2 piano vst
loved the song
