I dig this kind of music a lot, and I really got into the deep bass line with the lighter vocal patterns mixed together. Fantastic, keep up the good work!
As always it's pleasure to listen to your music, love that global feel you add. I always feel like I've been chillin' in a nice club somewhere in another part of the world when I listen to your track. Very good, and thanks for the review of mine. Take care, peace. D
Soo far, and i know we don't know each other really well, you really come off as an artist.
I can hear the Kaos in this, you are a master at that.
I see it like this, it's like....
a short story called "alividlife goes to a club"
"I am going to a club tonight...", I say..
Friend inquires, "ohh what are they playing?"
"...well it's treyc tonight"....
"what does treyc sound like??", asks my friend..
"i dunno it's treyc."
make sense?
Really cool... I will remain critical tho... I could tell they were loops, but the girl voice saying "you know" i couldn't... soooo I don't want to make your heard hurt, but if you could subtly layer effects over each sample sooo as it melts together??? make this like musical grape juice lol....
I guess what I am saying is that it is fucking awesome

drum work was TOP NOTCH. there was all types of pulling rhythms in the synth and drums... really cool. can't help but dance.
Keep it up, you keep making them, i will keep enjoying them.
I think it's tribal house or at least you have tribal drums..Nice synthies you got, i found that panned bass a bit harsh in the start but got used to it later on.
I'm another reviewer not massively into trance or 'banging' beats but I liked the feel of your track nonetheless... Your production quality is top notch and I enjoyed the vocal samples and the different transitions, also (like a previous reviewer) thought the beats in the last few seconds were wicked but didn't go for long enough... Constructive criticism would be there was a sample that featured heavily at around 1.15 that I felt was out of synch (time-wise) with the rest of the track, but maybe thats how you wanted it... good work man.
see, i am not huge into house/trance music.. but i like your style..
there is always something rhythmically that fits and doesn't fit... Creates this very interesting listen, and makes me want to take a shot at house/trance music.
also your mixes always have such professional sound, and feel...
I swear I can picture you smirking and laughing knowing how awesome you are at creating your craft.
I do feel that the Indian vibe should have been more in the mix.
like just a quick break beat at the beginning(a la' your mutton curry briyani Indian beats)... the end was freaking AWESOME but tooo short. This could have gone on for ages and I would have listened.
(JUST MY OPINIONS)
You should totally DJ!!!? Do you?
and.. as a side question comment, do you use the microKorg as a midi??
Hey, thanks!
Im not a Dj,still 'pending' ..lol..but i do live remixes with kp3 and microKorg (check myspace.com/treycwong)
All my tracks are a work of progress..I keep editing..=)
One day,i hope to record with the micro with midi..but now, just sample it..
very cool the drum beat is mixed perfectly but yeah the timeing does go out a bit at points? if this was intentional idk but otherwise a great track over all :D
I like that they are off, but noticeably around the 1:00 to 1:30, I love the lead line, it just sounds like it is live...
which after repeated listens I love.. i mean slightly dislike.
A tighter groove would make this sound... well tighter.
But then in doing so, would take away from the fact that you are a badass and didn't sync this up and did it the good old hard way.
Thanks...I believe i have to manage my workflow better....
I work that 1 minute part a lot...i tried everything! Until i realize i couldn't push myself too hard..coz it ends up getting worse and that was a letdown...But i do learn something out of it..=)
Nice work... like all the sounds, and arrangements. Only critique at all i could give is to watch timing as elements go in and out. a few are a bit off mark timing wise. Otherwise excellent ...

cool track. when it started off it reminded me of surburban train by tiesto which is a great start in my opinion. loved those synths. it must have took ages working between those different progs! nice one

This track paints such a lovely picture, it really does. I love the rising and sinking cello you have in there, it almost throughs some negative energy into a world of wonderful bliss and harmony. Nicely done!
I like the space that's encapsulated here..the rhythm pauses are very effectual in this piece giving everything time to regroup and gather impetuous...very artistic with a lovely melancholic feel...I found this a pleasurable listening experience...cheers planet :)

I love the keyboard. I love it.
The production struck me... like.. wow... Nice layering and great surprises.
Maybe add a real drumset subtly coming in underneath.. but.. this sounds GREAT.
Was short, but sweet....
