This track sounds very good as a rock ballad. Check out a group called Pink Floyd "Dark Side Of The Moon", This vibe is like a song called "Great Gig In The Sky". That's the vibe but as a songwriter I'd actually attempt to write lyrics to this because it has a definite melody (unlike "Great Gig in The Sky" which is totally improvised. To me it's one of the best songs every created because there are no lyrics. You can check it out on Youtube and see if you think I'm the right track with my comment.

Ok just listened to the track (brings back some memories by the way) thx for the comparaison and i see some similitude in the drum groove and the reverb ambiance too.

Great Indie fusion feel to this track IMHO. Good build up and links to make for some creativity with a vocal. As others have said it has a great vibe with or without a vocal, but I agree a good vocalist with the right lyrics and this will soar to another level.

I've got the sentiment that most of people like track with vocal, not so much with instrumentals
I means musicians like instrumentals most of the others people not so much

hello!
superbe morceau aux influences sixties periode woodstock je trouve. Ca sonne très sweet smoke à mes oreilles. Par contre, je trouve la ligne de basse un chouya trop dry. En tous les cas l'atmosphère générale était captivante.
Nul doute que tu trouveras qqn pour y poser des lyrics!

Pour la basse je suis preneur de tips en tout genre car j'avoue relativement récemment m’intéresser à différentes façons de mixer la basse (au delà de la compression et les eq pour faire court) et balancer de la reverb sur la basse et bien ça doit être mon 2 ou 3éme morceau pas plus.
Du coup sur ce morceau là j'ia du limiter mes ardeurs mais du coup en te lisant j'aurai peut être du pousser la reverb plus loin ??

Awesome track....Love the Bass guitar... and the drums are cool too. It has a soothing jazz feel and a lil bluesy. Faved for sure.
