And then you come across a Rasputin loop that takes your breath away. Well, I came here to you hoping to find some modern Bacharach... scenes need a late Sixties take on the pop of that era... and here you deliver me this. I'm going to go Neal Hefti on this one... as Sax just said watch this space! Off now looking for brushes in three quarter time...
Thank you. Let me know how to and I will split stream royalties with you. Feel free to DM me your PayPal info (RePost needs it). I love your work and will continue to adapt your loops if you like, and where they fit. This loop was wonderful and immediately suggested a melody, and it haunted me until I finally recorded it!
A piano groove with that deep dreamy echo and the weird, slanted chord progression The Flamingos are known for. I can get the opening one bar of guitar done over here, but I think you'd come up with one hell of a chord groove.
Hi Rasputin. You and I used to work on song ideas together. I work at Warner Bros Pictures now. I need a loop for a new song I want to put into a feature film I am directing. I will add vocals, arrangement and melodic structure. All I need is the basic groove. Can you make this loop? If you can, what it needs is to sound like The Flamingos in the tempo and style of "Mi Amore" and "I Only Have Eyes For You" but be in the key of A. If interested, please let me know what you've got, and under what name to credit you onscreen and on IMDb: please note, this will be a BMI track once completed, so you may want to use your actual given name. If the song takes off, I can also pay you and am open to a 50/50 split on royalties. Hope you're well and talk to you soon. - Heather
Chockehold, you gotta make some more slap bass loops for me because they're working like dynamite in my pop singles. Here's you on bass in "Boy Pretender"!
So sorry to read about your mother, Abelouis. My mother passed away in 2014 and I feel the same way. I miss her every day. It won't hurt less, but your heart will recover. It becomes just a quiet, serene part of your life. Death is not the end. You WILL see her again
Hi DigitalSKYY, I actually make suspense and action movies out here in LA. I need a composer for an upcoming production. If interested, please contact me back. I'd like to have a discussion with you.
It reminds me of everything I loved about David Gamson and Green Gartside (Scritti Politti) off their album Cupid and Psyche 85, and I came here tonight looking for a beat that could go under a GREAT reggae loop (one that has a weak, laid back beat and needs some dance punch under it). Hoping yours is that beat! Will return with a finished track if so! Great retro 80s drums!
