dude, let's go, keep your chin up, I quit using substances 15 days ago and it's been a HELL of a ride, but the more I live without them, the more I feel better with myself for actually making that choice.
Be brave dude, because the more time passes the more it will feel like you'd want to go back because "it's nice".
