It's a distorted saw wave with unison and a vocoder. It was made in Harmor. It and it's reverb are sidechained separately to achieve the delay sound.

Well sidechain is called sidechain in every DAW i think but for the sidechain plugin names, I have no idea because I only use FL Studio.

I'm pretty sure you mean sidechain?
I use Grossbeat for my sidechain (sometimes Kickstart)

What do you need? I'll try to make something for you. But if I were you, go watch tutorials and try to make your own sounds. Thats how I started.
