Edit on that last comment from me:

the chord progression actually goes A -> E -> Eb -> C, I think... My bass might be messing up but on the 2nd wave, it almost sounds like the bass track (when played with the wave) goes from Eb to E with the beat... either its actually doing that or my ears are just messing with my brain

This is actually in C from what i've found.. the beginning of the pad wave starts in E, then as it gets louder, changes to C.. which is weird but what i've found
