What program and vst did you use and can you send me the preset and or the project file if it is fl studio.

I actually use Propellerhead's Reason. A couple instances of a maelstrom tweaked just a bit with some raised EQ on the highs. The main thing in this is layering, layer up a few sawtooth waves with some chords and you've got it.
