I'm new to FL Studio and have a very hard time using it. If you're able to can you show me how to make drum loops like this?

download some drums packs with percussion, open your channel rack, set your snares or claps every fifth or nineth step, then put your drums as you feel it. same with percs, just do what you feel, there's no strong rules or something
