hmmm idk about vocals but try searching soundcloud for acapellas...
as far as some good beats go look at freeware drums synths like ersdrums and DSK...

as well as sample packs such as Ghosthack, BoyInABand.com...

Google it too i'm always surprise about whats actually free...

i don't have much in the way of chops for constructing percussion loops - that is a limitation - you are correct. it would be interesting to know what you hear under this one. can you link me to an example of korn-esque vocals? thanks very much for the comment. regards, Dan

I am happy to try that. The mixed meter seems to me a pretty basic element of the piece so the magic may be lost. I noticed you haven't posted yet on Looperman. Maybe you would like to share something of yours with me. my email is www.midisparks@yahoo.com

in case you are interested there are 2 new versions waiting for approval. one adds a surdo and snare. the final adds a background sound from synth pad.
